If you like burnt cookies this is the place for you! Food is inconsistent and service is normally SLOW. Chicken fries and the new mozzarella fries (small diameter cheese sticks) are pretty good.

Went drive thu that’s the only reason that’s a 5. I was the only person in drive thu and maybe 2 cars that were inside of store. Waited over 7 mins and then I got tried of waiting so I went inside and my food was not even done yet. I got a number 1 large with extra large cup of ice which I paid for then the lady behind the counter said here is an extra cup for the wait. I told I already bought an extra cup. Anyways they missed up my order and it took almost 15 mins to get it. Highly highly do not recommend this one atleast. I love BK but man what a let down.

We waited over 5 minutes to be waited on. Nobody was in the dinning room & 1 car in the drive through. After the lady behind the counter acknowledged us, she turned & walked away & never came back. My husband & I walked out. Went down the street to The Dairy Freeze & got a meal!!! DO BETTER!! We will NOT be back!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Burger King restaurant, me and my friends went in to order on two separate bills the first bill was a simple chicken sandwich and the second a whopper, the second order much heftier with more products. For some awful reason the first order took 30 more minutes to get from, all the food was of terrible quality, burgers with just one onion on them, one burger was even made with no bottom bun just two top buns, how does that even happen. All this to be topped off by the rudest staff i have ever encounter between my time in both florida and Arkansas, they continuously harrassed me and my friends accusing of us of trying to hustle a simple milkshake whilst also trash talking us during our wait period. They also sat there making us wait to be served and just flirting with each other and talking disrespectfully about us. To top it all off it wasn’t even a busy time for them, there was only 2 cars in the Drive-Thru and hardly no one else in the building with us.overall, I would never reccomend anyone to come to this establishment given its aggressive and destructive staff behavior, and it definitely isn’t fit to be called a family establishment!

We ordered on the app and drove to the window. We had to wait a couple of minutes, but that was fine. The window person gave us a piece of bacon for each of our dogs in the car – 5 while we waited. The food was excellent as always. It was my first time trying chicken fries. They were really good. I could really taste the chicken, not just batter.

Had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to answer the drive thru. They was rude from the beginning, claiming they couldn’t hear me. Got to the window, paid for my food, woman didn’t give me a receipt & couple minutes later came back to the window claiming they was out of mozzarella sticks & asked if I wanted to refund my entire order or something else. Had to ask for my receipt 2-3 times. Took over 20 minutes in a not at all busy drive thru to get our food for NONE of it to be fresh. The customer service was by far the worst.

Ok I can’t eat a whole Wopper, but I can oder a double cheeseburger from the side menu which is perfect. I by pass all the bread, get my protein? and save a buck. It is my way!
