I go to Burger King on Phoenix and I live on the other side of town that how much I love this buger king. The staff are always nice and respectful and they stay busy the food is worth driving an extra 20 minutes for. That should say something if nothing else.

Drove up and asked for two kids meals and one chicken wrap which is fine but when upon receiving the bag and looking in the kids meal bag the food was thrown in and dumped and the contents were all over the bag, ill never come back here again, do your job right and take sometime to place thing’s in the bag properly.

Food got stolen by a driver and the store told doordash they’d remake the order. A new driver went to get it and was told unless I submit a whole new order (meaning I’d have to pay again), they couldn’t give the driver the food. I had to complain to corporate to get refunded because the store refused.

Ordered Bacon King it would have been good EXCEPT the amount of ketchup and mayo is disgusting!! It just poured off the burger, I used two napkins, the burger wrapper and still was so soaked in condiments that the bun was like eating a wet bun. Groooosssss!!!

This place is a freaking joke. Their management is hilarious. I ordered a big order on ubereats. My order was missing multiple items. After calling Burger King they informed me they would give me my stuff if I drove all the way across town to pick it up. I proceeded to ask them if I put in a second order if they would put the missing items from the prior order in the second order and they said yes. So I spent another $25 on a second order and then they refused to fill my order and turned away 4 delivery drivers. I called the restaurant again to see what was going on and was rudely hung up on. I will never be getting food from here again.

order was taken then my food was on the counter then put back on the back counter by the manager (Billy) then at least 5 more minutes go by he calls my name my fries are cold I told him he got mad took my fries threw them in the floor by the trash can. as the girl running the window was saying sorry he continued to be an unprofessional and as the worker that took my order listened and gave my money back. never have I seen a manager act that way. he needs to find a new job if hes that burned out.i will not be back.
