Went in and it’s was horrible ! The brown haired woman with name tag cassy or cass not only was very rude but told me how a customer was saying that staff was on drugs from what I seen she was the only one acting like she was on drugs. And the tall guy bagging food looked like he hadn’t washed his hair in months pasty looking shirt unbuttoned and dirty I was there before but I was helped by the older blonde girl and she was helpful and very attentive and respectful. Seen her tonight there but they had her busy wished she’d had help us because the others were a disaster and nasty looking!

I went through drive thru and a woman with working it ran outside up o. My vehicle being loud like she was on something. Asking me all kinds of question about vehicle if she had been any closer to KY vehicle she’d been inside of it. It FREAKED ME OUT!!!! Who comes out during a order and out of the drive thru they should have been working in.and she was very pushy and invasive wordsmith and my busy. The more I tried to get out of there the more she talked louder. The weirdest thing I’ve seen in awhile. But the food was good at least! Just nit dealing crazy chic!

Food was cold and nasty. The lady was weird, we came through the drive thru and she asked us to come inside because she just got our order. I was assuming she wanted to make it hot and fresh but didn’t want to hold up the line even though there weren’t any cars behind us. NEVER coming back.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich through the app and live about 5 minutes from this Burger King location. When I got home and took a bite, the sandwich was borderline lukewarm, not hot or freshly made like it should have been.
I called the store to speak with a manager and spoke with Christian Jones. I was told the chicken patty was within its “30-minute shelf life,” so it wasn’t considered old. While that may be policy, it doesn’t address the fact that the food quality was poor. No replacement, refund, or solution was offered, just a policy explanation.
I wasn’t rude and wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I simply expected a hot sandwich and basic customer service. Unfortunately, neither was provided. This experience makes me think twice about ordering from this Burger King location again.

I am not sure why there is a problem getting my order correct. I ask for no mayonnaise on my burger., however my burger is literally swimming in mayonnaise. This is the 3 rd time. So we won’t use this Burger King again. Just now we ordered from the Burger King on Phoenix and it was phenomenal. We love Burger King food and feel sad that we can’t get the right food at our local Burger King

I just pulled through the drive through and they refused to take my order. The lady said they were not taking orders right now because they had to catch up. It’s 7:00 pm and there was 3 people inside and 4 cars in the drive through line. Cost me 20 minutes in line to hear this.

Came through a little after 11 pm on a Saturday night only car in line, ordered a #3, a oreo chocolate shake, and a Hershey pie. Got a regular chocolate shake, no pie, and the burger smelled and tasted like cleaner.

Ladies running the drive thru window were rude and outwardly judgemental for items ordered. We got to the window and they were still talking smack and laughing. The onion rings were cold, like they had been sitting on the hot plate all day. This is the second time I’ve gone through the drive through here and witnessed the employees being this way towards a customer. Last time I came for breakfast and they were giving an old lady in front of me a hard time and talking smack about her to me when I got to the window. I will not be returning to this location.
