Slaying the lunch. Great establishment and clean. This is one of the places I can count on with confidence. They have a special way of service that is hard to beat. Not everyday is perfect, but they stand in the gap when it comes to quality and service. This is a place that we all love and enjoy.

While I was waiting in line for my food at the second window I heard the manager telling all the crew if they order something and there is a better deal on what they ordered don’t tell the customer because we are basically giving it away at the price as it is they don’t need to save more money. Why would you not want your customers saving money so they can afford to eat there more often? I hate McDonald’s and choose Burger King when my kids want to eat out quick but now I’ve lost respect for that Burger King. I’d love to know if the franchise owner supports what their manager instructed their staff. I won’t be taking my business to Burger King if that instruction the manager gave to their team comes from the franchise owner. I’d prefer to teach my kids that even if you prefer to eat at Burger King but their business practices lack integrity and customer service you give your business to an establishment that respects and values their customers.

I got a Whopper and a chicken sandwich 2for 6.00 at about 6:30 . I could not eat the chicken my husband said the Whopper was old. He ate it anyway. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten old food that should have been thrown away. It was on East main Street Russellville,AR.
