Service was excellent. Restrooms are always very clean. The dining room is always clean as well. The manager Stephanie runs a good restaurant. She’s friendly and makes sure her customers are taken care of and food hot!!! I love this Burger King.

If I could do zero stars I would have. I also started to do a review on their website but for some reason my receipt didn’t have a survey code..
My experiences are usually never pleasant at this specific location…. Today definitely took me over the edge though! I took a moment to browse the menu as I usually do then began to order. As I ordered the new Fanta drink something was funny afterwards to the crew. And then after I paid for my food, something was funny again… now normally I would ask because I like a joke myself… so there’s that. Also as I was driving off I decide to check my food and there was EXTRA mustard on my burgers AND they were very poorly taken care of. I am NOT happy and I will never be back!!!!

We ordered on the app. Picked up inside. And ate in. My wife loves the bbq brisket burger. I got a free impossible whopper from rewards. We got those for less than $10. Can’t beat that. Oh and my wife loves the coke freeze.

I went through DT received the wrong order for the 2nd time. It was a one sandwich order, nothing added or taken off , simple. I shouldn’t have had to come back 2 times for 1 sandwich .My sugar was low and I needed to eat. But being it was the 2nd sandwich that was not the one I ordered, I went back! It was around 2 pm on a Thursday.

I got a Whopper and a chicken sandwich 2for 6.00 at about 6:30 . I could not eat the chicken my husband said the Whopper was old. He ate it anyway. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten old food that should have been thrown away. It was on East main Street Russellville,AR.

This place has a bad attitude. Instead of doing things the way I asked it was take it the way we make it or go somewhere else. BK advertises they are the place that does things Your Way. At this location that’s just not true.
The receipt they gave me says I can claim my rewards points online but doesn’t have any of the codes needed to do so.
I recommend people avoid this hell hole!
