Burger King has been around as long as I have. (1954) I love the flame broiled flavor and the team effort to have it my way. I had the fully loaded breakfast croissant.. meal with tater nuggets. Delicious.

Noticed for the last few months that this place seemed to be running smooth and the staff seemed upbeat. New people in management can do that. A few times in the past it just seemed that something was off, that feeling is gone! Always good food and now a happy staff. Bonus!

Came into the lobby with my fanily at around 8pm on 5-26-23 on a weekday after a school play. They were super short staffed. We did had a few issues with our order, but the team was great with working with us despite their staff shortage. Really appreciate this team and and how they handled everything. Stress was high, but they remained professional and kept things going.

Went thur the drive thru placed my order and when I got home both of our burgers were messed up. Order a Texas double Whopper and a Bacon King and neither had the bacon on them, also had toppings on them that I asked to have removed. Very poor service all around. Tried calling the number and all I got was a automated call line and a fax machine. Never able to talk to a person.

Ordered the deluxe crispy sandwich and got home and it was supposed to have mayonnaise, lettuce tomato and onion on it. It was a smushed bun with a piece of chicken on it and a dab of mayonnaise about the size of a penny and a couple of little broken up limp pieces of lettuce and that’s it! Nothing like they advertise! Couldn’t even put what was supposed to be on it! And you cannot call them it goes to their main corporate and when you put in the extension to talk to mountain home Burger King it goes to their fax machine!

lately the team at this location has been doing a really great job. my food has been delicious and there’s been no issues with my order. I definitely recommend this Burger King if you are looking for a location that is good at their job. I hope they are being paid well!

DONT EAT HERE unless you want food poisoning or worse!!! I tried to get ahold of multiple people about this and was told to “f off” from an employee in the store when I called also tried to get ahold of upper management past store level and was given the run around. Save yourselves
