Overall the food was fairly lackluster especially compared to other stores I’ve gone to. The amount of time it took to get our food was fairly disappointing. I did order a Burger during breakfast times, but I feel like 20 minutes is excessive wait for that. The drive-thru staff were not rude but very dry, but I will say the manager who brought out my burger was very polite and apologetic, and seemed to genuinely care for the happiness of her customers.

Food is always bland or not constructed or made correctly. Drivethru takes forever no matter what time of the day. Service is friendly but slow, and the restaurant is usually pretty dirty especially after the lunch and dinner rush.

This is not a bad fast food spot and one of the better ones in town. The service is usually fast and the staff is usually friendly. The inside area stays clean and does not look old or worn out. They have good deals like the 2 for $4/$5/$6 deals during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The app also provides a lot of deals that are good too. Overall, not a bad spot and would stop again for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Edit: Like everywhere else, prices are going up, even their deals but it’s to be expected.

Maybe You all can charge to train McDonalds staff at both Jonesboro “24” hour locations how to have decent service. Keep up the great work.

I love burger king, they have a good variety of burgers, the fish sandwich is great also. The taste & temperature of the food is just right. The size of the drinks are good. The employees are always friendly, I will keep going back.
