Today I was on my way to work as usual
Decided to stop and get a double cheeseburger since there was literally nobody there. I ordered & they came asked me who I was so they can match the order. When they returned I was handed a bag with chicken fries, onion rings and a regular cheeseburger. I immediately realized & went back in
Drive through girl brought me the double cheeseburger I ordered. And took the order from me. Here’s the irritating thing….. when I get the burger it was cold as if they just threw it together. Why does this continue to happen????? I give up at this point. Why am I returning since it hasn’t changed???? Hopefully they’ll get the picture I guess but not anymore

Not a bad fast food joint and a lot better than some of the others in town. The service is usually fast and your not waiting forever for an order. They have good deals like the 2 for $4/$5/$6 deals during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The app also provides a lot of deals that are good too. Overall, not a bad spot and would stop again for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The service was amazing which you wouldn’t expect Fromm high school kids. The food was actually flavored didn’t taste like cheap fast food. The Manager was extremely friendly.

We waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru with ZERO people in line and the manager Bethany was very rude to us. Someone that came right before us found a roach in their burger as well….

We were at the speaker box for 10 minutes before we ordered. They told us to hang on. Waited in line (only 1 car in front of us) for an additional 20+ minutes before getting our food.

I went there yesterday July 26, at 8:50pm. The lady at the drive thru was so rude to me, was yelling at me. I went to the first window to pay. I think it was same lady taking orders, same attitude not even a hello or nothing worst customer service. She was a blonde girl probably she was the manager on duty. Plus, my burgers did not have no mayo on it. If you do not like this job quit if customer service is not for you. I’m not coming back to this location. Y’all need to do better.

I don’t know were to start on this – But firstly I’ll say, the food has been good so far. No complaints. Secondly, theres a guy in the drive thru and sometimes front counter named Dakota I think. Red beard is all i know and he has a fancy hoodie. I like. Haha. He’s very respectful. I personally think they should give him a raise. He treats everyone so kind. May I add, he’s paid for my order 3 times, because i was a few dollars short. But he gets treated so dirty. By the staff and management. I’ve seen it first hand, drive thru and front counter. He does his job. The poor guy, even takes both lanes and front counter half the time. That should say something. He’s there every time I come through there. It almost feels like he doesn’t have a day off. The other staff is questionable. Management definitely needs replaced. The store is alright. But I just wanted to brag about that young man. He’s got a voice to sing. I love listening to him. I wish he could take my order everytime.

The manager with blonde hair I didn’t get her name she needs an attitude adjustment or something. Also since when does places get fries with no gloves on so unsanitary. Her attitude kept getting worse and worse like how hard is it to remake someone’s food without an attitude towards the customer. Wait till u shut the window to catch one if u want to have to. Not to mention she got attitude with someone else I don’t know who it is never met them. Sum this up she needs fired or an attitude adjustment. Sadly I had to even put some stars I wouldn’t have if I didn’t have to it was that horrible.

The worker that was at the window was extremely rude. She said over the speaker “boy hurry up that order” And was rushing us. There was nobody behind us. We had to go inside to finish the rest of our order. It took 30 minutes to get our food. The couple of times I have been here the service is just not that good.
