Got a breakfast Croissant fast and it tasted good – but you greedy corporate executive people need to realize covid 19 and 9% inflation is over. Paying $6.80 for smaller then advertised menu isn’t acceptable anymore!!! I’m sure you’ve noticed a drop in sales

If I could this would be zero stars. We arrived at 9:52. I ordered a whopper jr meal, husband ordered a whopper meal. She asked if he wanted a double because she had extra meat. Good thing he said yes because my burger looked like it was from lunch. Was not able to eat. Also they did not accept cash or honor any coupons either paper or from the Burger King app. Fries were hot and fresh but no salt. Went to a table to eat and in the middle of eating one of the employees actually started yelling out the lobby is closed. She expected us to pick up our food and leave in the middle of eating. What a train wreck of a burger king. I will also be sending this review to corporate. This franchisee should be embarrassed to have an establishment like this.

Not the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. I realize that it is in a truck stop. But they are so unorganized and slow. The lady at the counter was very nice and polite. But the team does not work well together. There was no line and it still took 10 minutes to make a number 1 value meal. The next morning the breakfast crew was better.

Came in to order breakfast. I greeted the worker and they just stared at me and ignored me. The worker stated they only have ham / bacon croissants for breakfast. So I proceed to order from the “Lunch Served All Day” items which I have ordered before at this location in the morning. Just to be told they are not serving lunch items. Obviously they just didn’t want to do any work this morning. Staff needs to be trained on being courteous to their customers, maybe if they were not on their phone they might get some work accomplished.

I waited like 10 minutes before anyone took my order. place wasn’t even packed I was the only one in line inside … Then after about 18 minute final I got my#2 that I ordered … Fry’s were so cold and hard and the burger was nasty as hell!. I should have check it before I left the place and got back on the road.. wasted my time and $18 in a meal I couldn’t even eat.. truck driver deserves better customer service well anyone matter of fact…. This place sucks.. save you money and time and go somewhere else.

1 person was working when I walked in. When he saw 3 people come, he disappeared. I thought he left. Then another employee came in from outside. So, a girl showed up too. She must’ve been out back. First guy meandered over to cash register. Never ask if he could take my order. Honestly, you just have trust that they’ll get you something close to what you order in a reasonable. I’ve never seen 3 people who seemed, Sooooo uninterested in this job, as these 3. Too many, get rich quick, videos or something. What fast food can is give you experience that you take with you, if and when, you leave. I feel sorry for whoever owns this place. I see why McDs put in kiosk to take orders. The kiosk is more inviting and friendly that some of these, I’d rather be anywhere, but here people.
