Haven’t been to Burger King in years. I went at 9:30pm and got my food at 9:50pm. The line wasn’t even long; only one person in front of me. I ordered and it took them so long I turned off my car (So much for a “fast food” restaraunt). The food is not fast and neither is the service. The price is outrageous. $30 for a whopper and a bacon king burger combos that had onions rings and mozzarella sticks instead of fries. Both medium combos and it came out to $30. The portion sizes are not worth 30 and never will be. The chain seems to be struggling; it’s more expensive than ordering the food on door dash. Dumbfounded.

This restaurant has a noticeably older appearance, and during my visit, dine-in customers were sparse—it seemed to cater more to takeout orders. Unfortunately, the service was slow, and our order was further delayed due to a mistake that required a redo.
On the plus side, the Coke Zero from the fountain machine was surprisingly good—properly carbonated and not watered down like many places tend to serve it.
However, the restroom lacked toilet paper, though paper towels were available. To top it off, a patron brought in a dog, which proceeded to urinate on the floor, and no staff member addressed the mess.
Overall, while the drink quality stood out, the service and cleanliness left much to be desired.

This is THE best Burger King in Little Rock, and may be the BEST fast food restaurant in the city. Their service is outstanding, and wait times are quick. Their food is always fresh and prepared well. Whether I go inside or to the drive thru I’ve always been impressed with the management and professionalism of the way this location is run. I’ve been going here for 27 years.

Counters were very dirty. I just wanted a double burger fries and drink….fries took forever and the manager told the lady to give me a large fry since I had to wait so long….as he left the front she grabbed a small fry holder anyway. I just wanted cheese on my burger and got bacon on it instead…I hate restaurant bacon…could’ve sat there for hours. No mustard and guess what….it was a to go order so of course I didn’t see the short comings of my order till I’m out of the parking lot….the counter lady couldn’t even try to be pleasant or give a fake smile… this is the type of place that gives the whole franchise a very bad name… unfortunately

This one absolutely is horrible and disrespectful, I placed an online order for pick up from the UAMS L&D area, my significant other was picking it up after he got off work to head up to see me, he had the order # which was a whopper meal for 2, includes 2 fries, 2 whoppers and 2 drinks, I added to chocolate cookies. I got the whoppers and 2 cookies. I my partner if they gave home drinks before I opened the bag and realized they didn’t even put fries in there, he said no, so I looked in bag and no fries, I was frustrated and so I called and let them know they forgot half my order and we aren’t gonna go back up there, I’m in the hospital pregnant and I asked they do refunds which he said NO on mobile orders, but the guy on the phone was so RUDE he started to blame my boyfriend saying why didn’t he ask us for drinks if he new, first of all he didn’t know all I gave him was the order # so that’s what he gave you. The guys on the phone even said well if it was me I would of asked for drinks, it is not and was not his responsibility for the pick up order that you forgot half of what I paid for. The guy hung up on me, I called back and asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager, so is that how you treat your customers, basically point the finger at them and tell em there wrong and we should of done your JOB, they don’t take no responsibility and I don’t appreciate being talked to or spoke to as I was, he should NOT be a manager, maybe the janitor and he can clean up his act.

They decided to close 2 hours early. Online order was put in and they were finishing up orders inside but they ignored other customers because they closed up early. This locations doesn’t seem to be run very well as they always leave the lights off so people don’t show up and order. To much of a bother to work I suppose.
