I waited 45 minutes for a milkshake. When I asked how much longer was it going to be the woman was rude to me. Didn’t apologize for forgetting that they had me standing at the counter for a milkshake because the machine had to be rebooted. What they gave me was more like chocolate milk than a milkshake.

Most of the info tents on the tables were old and crushed the nightmare King combo small came with the burger cold hard and stiff not sure if the warmer table was on they forgot to give me my small fry hadn’t been in a Burger King for a while so I thought maybe you just get the burger and the drink now for $9.09 being a special Thomas Arne why it’s after getting my price I never got in the first place I didn’t feel like going back up there and waiting another 10 minutes for a burger too hungry. If you open the picture and zoom in you can see how the bun was breaking apart from being old and stale or perhaps this is the way they’re supposed to be cold stiff and dead seems as though the crew had way too much time on their hands as well

Just sat in the Drive-Thru for 9 minutes at the speaker after someone said hold. After 9 minutes of my child getting extremely restless, I asked how much longer. The girl had the nerve to say 5 TO 6 MORE MINUTES, WERE IN A RUSH….. WHAT THE HECK??!! First off you are not in a rush three cars do not constitute a rush. RIDICULOUS & RUDE

The manager was completely awesome! They had a big rush of customers at closing time. She came out and apologized for the food taking so long. Then we were invited to eat inside even though they were closed. She went above and beyond to make us happy!

Just horrible. , just us 4 in the restaurant at 6 pm on a Thursday night and they forgot to fix my brothers food completely and forgot to fix half of mine. I personally would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I have no desire to ever stop there again

Our burgers were stone cold and the buns were hard. We had almost no dressing one little teeny teeny thing of a slab of onion, good tomatoes, but no lettuce. Now it’s where the onion rings they were cold. I should’ve said something to management but I tend not to. I just don’t wanna be embarrassed With other people looking on. My husband and I frequent the Burger King in Benton and Bryant. Yes, sometimes our burgers are not as good as other times, but this was the worst I had ever had.

Ordered 2 breakfast combos, didn’t get a combo, nor drinks, was charged $4 more than what one combo even was on both of them, also ordered the 2 for 5 Sec croissants that was rung up $4.82 each, so I was charged an extra almost $12. All for the sandwiches to be unedible had a filmy after taste from the excess Grease they added to cover for the sauce, the croissants weren’t bad I just didn’t trust them at this point. On the bright side my dog loved them, sorta.
It’s clear this place will never recover from the 2016 pill scandle, it’s never been the same.

Every time we go, food is cold, burgers are sloppy, half made,and service no ever know. Order is always wrong. I had them remake my Wopper over as I watched them prepare it. Paid $60 for the family, and it was so frustrating.My kids like Burger King, so we go there a lot, and they got to do better. Burgers are sitting in water until they are ready to be made, which is unsanitary to me . Burger should be cooked on request. How do Order a cheeseburger and the cheese is not melted ever at BK have it your way, that is missing

Yesterday morning we stopped in on our way to Benton for a birthday party. We should have known something was wrong when it’s 11:30 & no one was there. It took 5 minutes for someone to wait on us(remember no one in dining room & one car in drive thru), and there were 4 workers. I ordered a number 8(chicken bacon Swiss) & the chicken was not done. My husband’s fish sandwich was ok. Highlight was the fries were hot! There were 6 tables dirty, but workers were standing around chatting!
