This was my first time at this location. I received pleasant care and attention to detail for my order as I am picky. Even though they were busy in both drive thru and lobby the wait was worth the sandwiches. Not only were they on point. They literally could have been in an on the spot commercial. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my order. Btw thanks for having truck parking!!! I came back !!!

I went four stars to try to offset all of the bad reviews here. I come through this area a lot, and I always Park here. The very first time I actually went inside was a few months ago, and then I actually ordered food this time.
Couple months ago I just went in to get something to drink. The kid working the counter was super nice.
Fast forward to just now, I did a mobile app order, a whopper, heavy all with onion rings.
They were super busy and a little backed up, but I don’t mind, I have nothing important to do for the next 4 days. The very nice lady behind the counter even apologized for the wait, but like I said, I wasn’t in a hurry.
I got free fries with the app, both the fries and my burger were piping hot. My Whopper was made just the way I like it, and it was really good, I’m actually thinking about going back in and getting another one.
THE CON, like others said, the bathroom was atrocious. Water on the floor, and a bunch of toilet paper and matter in the toilet. To the point where it probably wouldn’t even be safe to flush it.
Other than that, it’s a lot better than people say.

This was one of the WORST drive through experiences I’ve had. The food order had to be corrected twice at my own behest, but also it was over $17 for a burger combo and small chicken fry. They provided no napkins, no sense of urgency, and no consideration. I sat in the drive through for over 10 mins on a ridiculously simple order. NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE.

This place is trash and treats people like we’re an inconvenience. My breakfast okay but it was pre-made and already wrapped up under a heat light. I waited in front on the register for about 8 mins while an old grumpy lady with a cane, who works there, didn’t take my order. She was 10 feet from me! She had one of the ladies from the back take my order. Apparently she didnt fell like doing it. It seems like all the places over here in Arkansas look like trash, act like trash, and treats people like trash. The district manager should really take a looks at these places and clean it up. They could make so much more money if it was a welcoming atmosphere and treated customers like they they gave a crap.

Ordered 3 lg fries to go. They came with a layer of burnt particles with tells me they have not cleaned the grease. Out of 3 lg fries i came away with 1 small worth to eat. Besides dirty grease fries looked over cooked and old. Instead of crispy fries I got hard unappetizing fries.

The young gentleman at the counter was polite and informative when I asked about the combos. When I received the food it wasn’t fresh. And the fries were burnt and dry.

I will never go back to this Burger King. They put our cold pies in with the hot food the fries was just dumped in the bag. When my husband went back in side to get a spoon and napkins that they didn’t give to us and tell them about the pies being in with the hot food the lady said oh well and gave them a piece of paper towel for napkins. They don’t even deserve 1 star if I could give them what they deserve it would be a -10 stars VERY VERY POOR SERVICE
