First no response for over a minute after pulling up at ordering spot on drive thru. Waited 15 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches, supposedly due to eggs not being ready… Wasn’t busy at all on a Sunday morning. Must have been waiting for the eggs to be laid… Then once I received the order, one sandwich had no meat. Took another 3 minutes for them to figure out how to issue a refund. Waste of time.

For some reason, the spongebob meal came with a white streak on it and then Spongebob me boy came out and grabbed my throat and started whispering weird things to me.. I’m never buying a spongebob meal, at least put a caution on these things!

I went to Burger King on August 21st around 6:00 PM. I’m a DoorDash driver, but I also wanted to place a personal order through the drive-thru. While I was in line, I politely asked if I could receive the DoorDash order at the same time. Instead of handling it respectfully, the manager rudely talked over the employee helping me, cut me off, and refused to even let me place my personal order.
As I was leaving, I could clearly hear the manager lecturing the employee in a very condescending tone about how “DoorDash can’t go through the drive-thru.” Even if that rule is true, there’s no reason it couldn’t have been explained in a professional and courteous manner. Both the employee and I were civil—only the manager was disrespectful.
To the owner of this Burger King: your managers are the face of your store, and if this is how they represent you, you should be upset. A manager should be setting the standard for customer service, not dragging it down.

The croissant combo breakfast is made with real butter, the coffee is a bit strong but tastes nice, the staff is very attentive and above all it is a quiet place where there is not much waiting time, unlike the competition.

Order online and picked it up through the drive through. Everything was in the order but when I opened up my texas double whopper it was absolutely swimming in mayo. I did not ask for extra mayo. This is absolutely ridiculous. This was definitely done intentionally. For what reason I do not know. Ordered at 645 pm on 01/11/2023. Pictures attached.

I had an absolutely hilarious experience at the Burger King drive-thru. I pulled up to the speaker, and before I could even say a word, the attendant—polite yet delightfully snarky—said, “Sorry, it’s going to be a little while because the guy in front of you ordered $100 worth of food.”
I couldn’t help but laugh out loud! I totally appreciated the honesty and could feel the frustration in their voice, likely dealing with an understaffed Sunday night. Instead of waiting, I decided to drive down the road to Dairy Queen.
While I didn’t get my Whopper, that moment of humor made my night. Props to the attendant for keeping it real—I hope their shift got easier!
