This is a clean Burger King franchise with an excellent staff, but the food was just a little off of standard. Whoppers had a bit too much sauce and were center-loaded with toppings bunched in the middle of the sandwich. Fries were mixed old/cold/stale and hot/fresh /crispy.

All the outside lights were off, like they were closed. Ordered two cheese burger meals. Had to repeat our order multiple times and still, both burgers were completely wrong (ketchup mustard only, got mayo, pickles, and lettuce instead). Onion rings were soggy/undercooked cold fries. $35 not very well spent. As a female I didn’t feel comfortable walking back in to ask them if they would please fix our food because of the no lights at 9pm and the line built up 6 people while I waiting on my food.

This Burger King location (253 Airport Road) is consistent in achieving great customer service and satisfaction, in my personal experience. The staff is constantly moving about in a swift manner in order to lessen the customer’s wait time. They have always served me with items EXACTLY as I ordered…ALWAYS. That is a clear indication they are actually listening when taking orders from customers. The staff and management team are always polite and on top of their jobs and they appear to take customer service serious…just as much as their customers do. This location receives 5 ⭐️’s in my book. AWESOME TEAM!!!

Love the queen burger. Lol. They so need a queen bacon burger just like the king bacon but not as big the junior bacon is normally what I started to get since couldn’t finish the king its so good though. I always ask for a queen bacon. One these days they going to put that on the menu. Lol.
