Barely any staff to be seen and got the first item on my order put down then they walked away and took around another 12 minutes for someone else to finish the order and it wasn’t even busy. Afterwards there was the smell of burnt meat after heading towards the dining area and once I’ve gotten my food and took a bite it was hard and burnt with the patty completely black.

Maybe when people come into place an order for two double cheeseburgers, a large fry and a water. You allow them to do so instead of mandating that they pay for a meal and add water. Ridiculous. Used to come about twice a week now it will be zero. Your wish my command customer lost

We went inside with our grandsons , they’re both 3yrs old, our plan was to catch a quick meal. My wife did the ordering and I watched the boys. My wife stood at that counter waiting for close to 30 minutes after she paid for it. The employees working the counter at that time should just stay home. Very poor service. Food was as good as you would expect at Burger King and the New Brisket Whopper is good. Worth trying again ( the Brisket Whopper) not the one by Oaklawn on Central.

I guess I went here on a bad day. It was around 10:30 am I went thru drive thru after ordering on the app. When I got to the windows they told me to pull up cuz they were waiting on my onion rings . So I did well I ended up waiting 25 minutes and the lady’s came out and I said finally. Then she replied I believe this order is for someone else so I told her I had not yet received my order so she went in and got it and apologized for the wait and gave me a free large drink

Went to pick up my order that was under my sister in law name when telling the lady at drive through it was under Kristen she couldn’t even say her name right she keep saying Chrissy like that’s not even spelled the same then I got my food left and had to turn around and come back because they gave me a plain cheese burger that was supposed to be a Texas double whopper when I took the burger back in with the recipe the same lady that waited on me at the drive started waiting on me and wanted to catch a attitude with me about swapping it out for what I order she keep trying to say I put on in your bag I put one in your bag like no you did not like this is a plain burger my recipe doesn’t even show a plain burger it’s wrong the manger walked out into the lobby and I flagged him down and told him he needs to have a talk with her because she wants to catch and attitude and argue with a costumer when Im clearly right right as I was talking with the manger the lady was behind the counter laughing about it the manger did say that he was going to have a talk with her and that his boss would have a talk with her to when I got my food she said in a very sarcastic voice have a nice night sr
