I will say the lady that took my order was very nice and friendly. The guy that handed me my food was very nice and friendly and told me to have a blessed day. Driving off I thought how wonderful the customer service was. Unfortunately my big fish sandwich was absolutely horrible! It was very thin and hard. I had to take it off and just eat the bread and lettuce. I feel like the food quality has really gone down.

Very inviting clean menu display in drive-thru. It took the Leary outta my mind right away . The prices for my breakfast I was worried but one I looked at the prices they were very reasonable. If I wouldn’t have been talking so much I would have gotten my food even quicker!!!! Lol it took less than a minute for me. Which it was 10 am and there was no line in the drive thru. My food was hot and tasted just as I hoped not one crumb left. I didn’t go inside but my gut tells me by the looks of this Burger King that the bathroom are much clean as well as their lobby. The staff at the windows were very professional and friendly. Very focused on getting this order out and preparing the next all with a smile Have it your way!!!!

Took 20 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. Turns out, they stuck my food at the drive thru window to sit. You know, that way it would be cold. Who wants a warm meal anyway? But then there was only a sliver of chicken, and a gallon of Mayo. No lids for the drinks, most employees standing around. Where is the manager? Just terrible.

Stopped to get lunch employes sitting in the dinning room on the phone would not take my order 15 min in this ordeal I walked out and went next door and that manager was doing her job at DQ I think the owner should be more active in this store because there is never any business here and now I know why , will never waste my time stopping here again

I wasn’t even going write a review on how cold our food was on Mothers day 2025, they were only had 3 people working and I guess workers didn’t show up and we had ice cold food. I spoke to the manager in charge Anthony and he was suppose to replace my order at a later date needless to say they wasn’t honor. People work to hard and prices are to high to give your money away. I do have to say this is my first bad experience I have had with this location.

Ordered food online. Arrived within 5 minutes of pickup time and the food was cold and the order was incorrect. Whoppers missing cheese when ordered with cheese. Called and a manager wrote my name down and told me to come by the next day for it to be remade. Came by the next day and the manager in the back kept asking “What was wrong with it? Why does the whole order have to be remade?” They kept asking me if I was given a phone number. Between the on-duty manager and the customer complaint system, there appears to be no order at this establishment. Truly a shame.

The worst service I have ever seen. Rude employees including management. The young lady that took our order acted put out and would not make eye contact at the window. She tells us to pull in front of the store and wait because they are waiting on fries. No big deal that happens to even the best workers. We waited over fifteen minutes as all the employees played around in the back. They gave the car behind us their order, so I decided to walk in. Out of 5 employees standing around and joking with each other, not one of them would even acknowledge me standng there. I stated our order, and finally, one of the females handed me a bag of food that had been sitting there the whole time. I asked how long it had been there and she said it just got finished. As I was walking out they made smart comments and laughing. The fries were cold!
The owners should go through the drive-through on the Friday night shift and see why they are losing money! They will not be getting my hard earned money again!
