I would like to say well done Burger King! This was the best customer service from the drive-thru speaker to handing out the food at the window. It was also the best food that I’ve had from any Burger King in a while even though the fries were a little skimpy. I still choose to give them a five star just because of the customer service.

Im normally a Burger King lover but this location sucks! Staff are rude. They messed up our order and wouldn’t fix it for us. Acted put off when we asked for utensils and sauces. Also all of the bathrooms are out of order. Also while eating here we witnessed multiple employees get into a verbal altercation and cuss each other out. This location makes me embarrassed to be a Burger King fan. Good music playlist tho

Pulled up to drive through. Started my order. She stopped, left me then came back and started a new order. I told her I haven’t finished with my original order. Got to the window, she didn’t have the first half of my order. I repeated the order again. Paid her. Another lady came and checked my order. She came back a few minutes later with a bag. I asked her if everything was in the bag. It felt light. She assured me all was there. We pulled up, checked the order. Sandwiches fell out of their wrappers. And yes we were short 2 orders of chicken fries and a chocolate Sunday. We pulled around and finally got to the window. Had to tell them we were short some food items. Didn’t say anything to me just shut the window. Finally received my Sunday with a fork, then a lady walked up with a bag. Handed it to me then shut the window. Never apologized or anything close. This is definitely 1 burger king I will not return too. And I will share this adventure with family and friends. The food was not good. Didn’t finish eating it.

I had a great experience at Burger King! Corbin, the drive-thru cashier, provided excellent service. He was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was hot and accurate. The food was delicious, and I appreciated the prompt service. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

Soon as we walked in after ordering our food we were told that the bathrooms are out of order! When in all honesty it wasn’t I’m guessing they just don’t like to clean up very lazy and do not know how to talk to customers

Really really slow. 20 minutes to order and another 20 minutes to receive food. And it wasn’t even 12pm. Too worried about drive thru and they were slow in drive also. Never stopping here again.

Brought grandkids for breakfast. Stood for a while without any one offering service. Over heard woman in prep area comment, ‘where did all these people come from, seriously’. Ended up leaving and going to Mac Donald’s.

I have over 4M views on my Google reviews and have ne er left a review like this. The staff at this location were horrendous, acting like children, yelling at each other – shrill shrieking screaming. I thought the place was being robbed. Then another customer walked on that was so rudely treated my the front counter staff that she immediately left the premises. We were so uncomfortable being there we left as well. I very much regret bringing my family here on a Sunday of all days. Good luck to the franchise owner, your immature staff are running your business onto the ground. Stay away…
