I went to the location off of MLK. I repeated verbatim on the menu. What I wanted ordered. I didn’t get what I wanted. The order was shorted. It was not place correctly. The worker was argumentative as to what I had versus what I should’ve gotten. It wasn’t on the sandwich, and when she went to remake the sandwich, she then stated That they ran out of it so now I don’t have an egg on my sandwich. This is the worst service I’ve ever had from their location. I will never go back again and I will share this with others.

They will literally lie and say their systems are down when you pull up to the drive thru because nobody is inside to make the food. They act like you can’t see the a good amount of the staff at the back of the building standing around and smoking weed. (The smell carries, so you definitely know it’s weed and not cigarettes) Avoid this place around the time they change shifts because at that point nobody is doing anything until the next crew comes in to work.

Wondering why yall sign says yall open at 0530 but every day that you pull up at 0530 to order you have to wait for the crew to get ready
I have tried to get a breakfast sandwich for months now but every day it’s the same old crap you’re crew can not seem to wake up and be to work on time
Get there after 0530 and still have to wait 15-20 minutes is no excuse change you’re operating hours if you can not seem to open and be ready for business by 0530
Seems like management lets these clowns just do what they want
And far as the questions about what I had
I had nothing because you’re crew can not be to work on time

Asked for extra pickles got no pickles and was charged 30 cents per burger. Then my chicken fries were warm not hot. Had to back up and pull forward I guess cause of their time. Usually get breakfast and they are good and pleasant but tonight they were not

There’s was a little girl with the worst attitude that saw me standing waiting to order and refused to come take it. The guy running the drive thru had to come take my and my son’s order. She was steady cussing and acting like she was going to fight someone. Horrible attitude and I definitely won’t be going back, especially not for my son to hear cussing every other word. The managers really need to get ahold of this location.

Food disgusting. Cold. They don’t answer the phone. If having it your way means that your food is cold and looks like a 5 yr old made your food. I will pass right by the next time. Your business is based on providing fresh food. if you can’t provide fresh, hot food. Close the doors and regroup. Don’t send anything out tgat you would not eat!

Door says dining room open until 8. Went at 6:20 p.m. and all the doors were locked. Was in semi truck and could not go through drive through. Staff would not acknowledge me despite making eye contact through window.
