This Burger King location on Hearne Ave., has been extremely disappointing, especially in the mornings. When you pull into the drive-thru, you’re left sitting at the speaker for several minutes with no greeting or acknowledgment. There’s no communication at all.
On my most recent visit, after waiting with a line of cars wrapped around the building, I finally drove up to the window because no one had taken my order. The employee came to the window and very rudely said, “We are not taking orders through the drive-thru today.”
If that’s the case, someone should communicate that at the speaker instead of letting customers sit there wasting their time. Basic courtesy and communication go a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service at this location makes it hard to want to return.

Have ordered food from here twice now, both times they have ignored proper bagging instructions and caused everything to be squished together. In addition, I had to wait 21 minutes AFTER I arrived to pick up the mobile order i had placed 10 minutes before leaving.

This location is terrible. Took us forty minutes to get our food. Workers and customers yelling at each other. Went through the drive thru and the worker said we have to go inside to get our mobile order. We couldn’t exit the drive thru so that was an added twenty minutes.

Please please… make your window employees understand how to count money and make change! My order was $7.50. I gave cashier $20.50. The 50 cents was in mixed small coins. She gave me $13.20 back. I told her no, just the $13.00. She looked at me like I’d grown a second head.

Visited here this morning for breakfast. My overall experience was just ugh! Cashier seemed a bit distracted. I ordered a #7 with the meal. All the cashier charged me was for the sandwich. So instead of fixing it the right way they made me pay again for the hash browns.The sandwich was made correctly. But my “hashbrowns” were very bland and dry.

Kids enjoyed there burger, but the professionalism of the service was lacking. They asked us to wait for the order and would bring to the car. When they brought it to the car, it was the wrong order. The manager finally brings the right order while talking on the phone. When asked to make sure the order was correct, her demeanor seemed as if I was interrupting her call. I have stopped being a fan of Burger King. This lack of professionalism is one reason why.
