It’s been a long time since I’ve had fresh food and a good Whopper from Burger King….Well today took me back to my childhood when Burger King was Tha BOMB ‼️ Man the Whopper was SOOOOO freaking good and the fries were fresh and hot. Paper sign posted saying Power Out at the mic. So I pulled up to the window to order, was told to drive back around to place my order. But then she took my order and brought it out to my car. Great crew!

Kids enjoyed there burger, but the professionalism of the service was lacking. They asked us to wait for the order and would bring to the car. When they brought it to the car, it was the wrong order. The manager finally brings the right order while talking on the phone. When asked to make sure the order was correct, her demeanor seemed as if I was interrupting her call. I have stopped being a fan of Burger King. This lack of professionalism is one reason why.

They might have better service if they would quit rapping to the music!! I don’t know who the manager was on duty on dec 12 at 8:38, but she should not be working in any type of customer service job. The other employees weren’t much better. You need a whole new crew!!

Rudest drive thru employee ever. I was ordering and she kept rushing me off and when I got to the window she took the card gave me food then my card back then I had to remind her to give me my drinks and she said I didn’t forget very rudely.

I went to the Burger King on Mansfield Rd to eat lunch, and the restaurant was clean , and tidy, and the only complaint that I have about it was the cashier. Don’t remember her name but she was slightly rude to us while we were trying to order our food. Other than that, it was a great place to get food!!!!!

The experience was terrible. I waited in line 30 mins and it was 3 cars! 3! No one inside. When I finally got there to pay for my food the order was wayyy wrong. So the manager came up and started goin thru orders and still couldn’t find mine. So she took 2 sandwiches that had been up there and tried to make my sandwich from them! I immediately asked for my money back and I won’t be returning
