Very bad customer service food not fresh my order is completely wrong I’m missing items from my order I paid for two drinks got one and it was water down I think maybe sprite this location is the worst ever if I ask for onion rings why is fries mix in it that’s sad if I wanted fries I would’ve ask for fries I ask for strawberry lemonade and got water down I think sprite cause it doesn’t taste like sprite a waste of my time and money

This Burger King is terrible during their breakfast hours. The windows workers are incredibly rude when they speak to customers. I don’t understand how employees are allowed to interact with customers in such a manner. The company should seriously consider who they are hiring.

Burger king can be a convenient option for those working at University Health. I once saw some employees getting a discount from here, but I’m not sure if it’s certain staff or on certain days like Wednesday.
A patient walked in with what I thought was a shake. Asked him what it was and he said it was the Frozen lemonade from Burger king. I hadn’t seen these for years and was disappointed they had stopped selling them. Delighted that it returned, I tried quick a few times (maybe three attempts) to get a frozen lemonade. There was always an excuse; either the machine was down, or it was defrosting. FINALLY got my hands on one and it was delicious.

Hello I came thru there around 11:05 am I ordered a #4 with cheese and ex mayo and when I got back to work it wasn’t what I ordered so I went back and the manager or crew leader had a very nasty attitude also charged me additional .30cent for cheese when I paid 7

Rude employees, soda tasted pretty bad, lettuce was wilted fries were also old and soggy. I was not impressed at all.there are many other places to eat and if your craving BK then please locate another one. Chicken was soggy as well just a no!
