I just ordered drive through. I needed to pick up snacks for my relative in the hospital. Onion rigs were good, but chicken nuggets were so over fried that they were more like cardboard. Even sauce couldn’t help.

Just let them pick your order for you because I can assure you the chances of them actually giving you what you order is not happening! I have been 3 times in the last 2 weeks since I’m working in the area and this is on my way to the hotel. Tonight I ordered 2 double whoppers with cheese no tomatoes or pickles cut in half. I received 2 single whoppers with extra tomatoes and pickles not cut in half. Absolutely no customer service when you call them to let them know and of course I was charged for what i ordered but yet received an order valued much less

They did the sandwich Wrong after I specifically said what i didn’t want on it but did anyways,and one the employees was sweeping, and somehow sweeped my feet twice instead of asking me to move or wait til I moved don’t recommend, go to shreveport or Bossier bk unless you get something simple enough for them to understand

Customer service is a really good skills to have. Especially if you take the time so at least speak and say hello how are you doing even if you don’t mean it it’s a part of your job I really believe so I pull up to the drive-thru order When Your Ready. First of all I really really hate this statement but the only thing that got two stars is because the lady at the window she was very polite I really appreciate her but the food was burnt it ruined by the first taste. Customer service is an art everyone should learn it will keep your Google reviews from popping up especially when your food isn’t that good and it’s burnt.

I rarely, if ever, post reviews. I decided after years of not buying food at this location, I would try it again. It was a bit after 9AM. McDONALD’S had vehicles lined up from the(3) windows to the parking lot, and down Homer Road-Burger King had NONE. I ordered a ham, egg, cheese Croissan’wich meal with coffee. I was informed there was no coffee or tea (remember-this was at breakfast) I could order a soda. The wait was about 8 minutes(again, no one in line but me). The sandwich AND the hash browns were completely cold. The sandwich was smashed on 1 side from the middle to the outer edge and the croissant broken. Threw the COLD sandwich and hash browns away. Complete waste of money and time. I should have lined up with everyone else at McDonald’s!

Last time I visit this place. Bun was hard. Burger was barley warm. I can overlook those things but when I ask for no Mayo and I get extra Mayo!!! 2nd time this has happened there won’t be a 3rd. Only reason I gave 2stars is bc the staff was friendly otherwise 0 or 1

Today, I ordered cheesy tots with ranch, but when my meal arrived, the tots were still frozen in the center. I returned to have the order remade, and the employee with green dreadlocks did not offer any apology instead she was rude and extremely unprofessional. When I received the remake, the ranch was missing. After asking for it, I was told that I needed to pay for the ranch—even though I wasn’t charged for it originally. If cost is an issue, please ensure that your staff is properly trained to inform customers about any additional charges for condiments. Given the inconvenience, I believe the ranch should have been complimentary. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope management addresses the issue with the employee.
