Loved this experience! I was very surprised at the hospitality we received. Ms. Kennedy rang us up and she did a wonderful job, she explained to us in detail about their new promo items and she smiled, just very good at customer satisfaction I’m not sure if she was the manager or not but she seemed to be in charge and is doing a very good job . Our orders came out fast and fresh. Bravo Burger King keep being the king!

The employees don’t focus on the customers. They talk to each other and stay on the phone. The restaurant had nobody in it and had dirty tables. I was there almost an hour and nobody came to clean anything. I can’t believe this place is still open. I’ve been going for a month or so now and there has been no change.

When I walked in there was literally NOONE here. Finally got a young lady to take my order. Saw another walk out from the back with a chair and sit right in front of the prep station and get on her phone. I mean I get it if it’s slow, but before being plain lazy clean the place up because it’s a pig barn right now.

The girl taking orders was more interested in talking to the manager than waiting on customers. (I assume was manager went into an office). She had to finish a conversation before turning around to take our order..then disappeared after taking the order to again start another conversation within the office. So the drive through person retrieved our completed order, bagged the hash browns and handed it to me. I should have just cancelled my order when I saw the ‘cook’ turn a container upside down to dump its contents which it looked like receipts of some sort…so she could use that container to throw in a couple slices of ham to heat in the microwave for my sandwich. That’s when I should have just said …. Cancel my order. But we were pulling a travel trailer behind our truck and it’s too much trouble to stop at multiple places for gas/food, etc. I got in the truck to head on down the road and eat my sandwich and I just couldn’t get that out of my mind so I couldn’t eat it. The hash browns were BARELY done… so for me the entire experience was awful. I recommend skipping eating here.

These people are rude, disrespectful, they get attitudes, food is horrible, has not taste,, I get my mom breakfast every morning because that’s what she likes if I go at 9am n they are out of biscuits they won’t cook anymore, and it’s still a hr or more before lunch! Sad
