I ordered 2 French toast sticks and some hasbrowns! They didn’t give syrup for French toast sticks and also gave me old greasy hasbrowns look like they got them from the bottoms of the fryer! I order from them a lot and I can honestly say that my orders are never right! Literally!!

Very kind! I accidentally forgot some items I purchased at a boutique in the restroom. I live far from this area and expected it to be long gone by time I had realized it was not with me.. I called, and they were very understanding and helpful. They had found the bag and held onto the items and waited for me to be able to pick them up!! I am so grateful for their generosity!

I’ve been holding out on reviewing but geesh, every time I order onion rings it’s always hard as a rock even the onion rings on the rodeo burger are hard … last time I went granted I had a lot of change and my order was $10 so I paid in all quarters and the cashier was like “you about to pay with all them quarters” as I was counting she asked “you almost there” I’m a very humble person now so I gave her a kind answer but that was very unprofessional and I did not like it. I needed to get rid of change and did just that. But, I hope the food start being more fresh because they’re always pulling the cars up and the food still isn’t fresh.

I would give a negative stars if it mattered. I would NOT recommend this location. In short, we were car 2 of 5 waiting in parking lot for food. Employees were standing around not working; one on the phone in the lobby and the manager in blue shirt near bathroom area ( hidden?). We were the second to last car to get our food;The first car was the last one to get his! It took 30+minutes to get our food. Burgers were cold. Fries were re-fried/oily. Missing items for a family order.

This place was a disaster. I went in around 3pm and it was deserted. That being said, the place was a disaster zone. Food debris, wrappers, and other things were left on tables, trash receptacles were overflowing, I watched the one guy preparing food pull out his phone with his gloves on – think about how many times he probably does that in the bathroom – so much for being sanitary, took me 30 minutes to get my order after waiting at least 5 minutes for someone to show up at the counter, and the self serve station was a mess. The drink machine had the top off and a chair in front as if someone had been working on it, the ketchup dispenser was dismantled, and no one seemed interested in cleaning anything. They all just stood around twiddling their thumbs and taking forever with drive thru orders.

The most raggedy Burger King on the planet. I don’t except much from Burger King, but this place has set the bar in hell. I cannot lie when I say I got a nug of weed in my large fry. Weed in my cold, over cooked French fries. And the customer service is unbelievable terrible, I could get better service from the nug of weed in my fries.

I had a terrible experience at this Burger King location. The service was absolutely awful. One of the workers was preparing breakfast food with his dirty, pink drawers clearly visible—completely unprofessional and unsanitary. The place was full of loud talking, side-eyes, and just plain rude attitudes from the staff. On top of all that, the restaurant had a bad smell—it was honestly disgusting in there. I would not recommend eating from this location at all. Needs serious management attention.

Came to pick up a Uber order and guy who looks to be the manager was sleeping in the lobby, and girl sitting tables (couldn’t get a picture of her ) December 3 2023 they need to be fired !!!! The Uber order that I received tipped $33 I missed out because they’re lazy .

Horrible service! My burger that I spent a good amount of money on wasn’t even the right burger! I got the fried pickle ranch whopper and there wasn’t any fried pickles, there wasn’t any ranch, the burger was smashed, I couldn’t even eat it, it tasted horrible. I took one bite and couldn’t even eat it like that. I threw it away. Everyone was so rude there! I don’t ever wanna eat at a burger King again for real!
