Everything was amazing! I love this crew. The manager is a cool guy and the workers are just as amazing. Made sure we were taken care of and made my lunch visit one to remember. Yeah I know it’s just a BK but you’d be surprised how other places make you want to turn around in the parking lot, this place on the other hand is like family. Great job yall!!! 100/100

Comfort Inn to get food because I’m a truck driver, walked in at 7:30pm no customers no drive thru customers (you could see “no orders” on order screen) stood there for about five minutes no employee asking for my order. There was one employee in the back on her phone ignoring me so I said “Excuse me” to no response then said “Hello” a little louder no response. It has now been nearly 10 minutes so I walked out and across the street to spend my money at Wendy’s which promptly greater me as o entered took my order and within five minutes I left with a bag full of dinner. Do Better BK cause that definitely wasn’t having it “My Way”

I’m in town from Texas and eat at this Burger King every night. From management to the other employees, they are the most courteous, respectful, kind, friendly, people I’ve ever met. The food is always fresh and extremely fast. I cannot say thank y’all enough for an amazing experience every time I stop by. Yall are truly amazing and have set the standard for how customer service should be everywhere. Keep up the awesome work!!!

Ordered the snack box and a chocolate shake through the app. When I got to the intercom, they informed me that they were out of stuffed jalapeños and offered to sub with extra order of mozzarella sticks, which I wasn’t happy with but accepted. Got to the pickup window and they as asked to park and they would bring it out. I waited for more than 10 minutes. When I get down the road and open my bag, I discovered that my Marinara sauce was missing, my nuggets were cold, and my cinnamon roll bites were hard as a rock. So basically, I paid $14 for 2 orders of cheese sticks and a shake. I won’t be back

They pull up EVERY car before even attempting to make the orders like they are supposed to. I just received 3 MELTS (supposed to be melt like the picture) and I didn’t have onions or bacon on one and all three were just PLAIN WHITE bread. Two had no sauce. No one attempted to toast them. Nothing was melted. I called and the guy said they don’t come like that.

We had such a great experience this morning I had to leave a review, one of my first ones actually. The food came out quickly… fresh and delicious but the customer service was exceptional! We have been to many fast food places and it’s rare to have friendly faces with smiles serving you and other customers nowadays but many of us have fond childhood memories of old school BK! I wish our burger king at home was like this one, instead it takes 20 mins for breakfast they are always rude acting like they hate being there, re remain kind nevertheless! Bonus points for breaking a large bill and shaking our hands thanking us for coming in! We will be back next time we come through! Someone from Corporate needs to promote Lawrence ( spelling not sure ) to regional manager so he influence the other stores for the better! My daughter left wearing her BK crown with a smile and a full belly!

I was in town for the night and it was close. I ordered a number 5 and 8 chicken nuggets and only go 4 not to mention the lady was asking like she did not want to be there. Also I asked the lady if they had the freestyle machine and she told me know then when I pulled up to the window I seen that there was the freestyle machine and I have wanted a peach Fanta instead of what I got the Hi-C orange. The whole time I was getting my food she acted like it was the end of the world when I asked her for the barbecue sauce and then ask her for some straws that one in the bag and the receipt that I should have received when I got my change if she doesn’t like her job maybe she should quit she had a whole stink attitude about me asking for the straws and my receipt. Not to mention the fries were old and tasted like they were just heated up

Ordered the bacon king meal large and this is what I got, half a large fry and barely any bacon on a bacon king isn’t that ironic?
On top of that, they forgot my straw for my drink come on it’s really not that difficult.
