I had ordered a a whopper meal and a jr chicken sandwich. As I was halfway done with my jr Chicken Sandwich I notice that it was completely raw. Below I have a picture of the sandwich and this is just unacceptable. I did call the location when I had gotten home and asked to speak to the manager and told him that I had just left there and I received raw food and he hung the phone up. Very disgusted by this. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

This location is seriously going downhill. I’ve been going to Juban instead lately. Extremely slow service, even with no one there. Final straw was being given completely melted ice cream – could have just told me the machine is down and refunded or subbed something else instead.

BK please get it together already! I paid $12 for slop! Got the mushroom and Swiss, and literally when I unwrapped it, the sauce was covering the sandwich from top to bottom. Looks like something I would give a pig! Had to break out a fork just to eat this crap!

I bought this burger this evening and I took a bite and had to spit it out because it tasted burnt and when I opened the bun this is what I saw, this is ridiculous that I can’t even eat it, also doesn’t help that when I was ordering in the drive thru the women was very rude and acted like she was in a rush even though there was no one behind me in line. Never going back to this one again.

I found a metal shaving in my burrito this morning. I took a picture of it. It looks like it was from either a griddle brush or shaved off of something in the kitchen. If I wouldn’t have caught that and ate it I could have ended up in the hospital because it’s sharp to the touch. I will NEVER eat Burger King again and suggest no one go to this location. The lady at the window didn’t give me a receipt so I don’t have a person of reference either. Planning on calling the restaurant and making them aware of this. Check your food ya’ll! I’m not sure about morning shift or around lunch how it is but I know for a fact to not go at later time they hired a bunch of young boys who are beyond lazy and don’t even want to work. They had a whole line waiting to get food and when we finally got tired of waiting and went to leave there was no one even at the window and they were all just sitting in a group in the front area standing around doing nothing . Go a second time hoping different people nope same lazy workers. Said supposedly waiting on food to get done get the food and it’s not even microwave temp warm . It’s just an excuse to drag their feet God help they actually hire people who can actually work in this generation.

Stopped in to use the bathroom on our road trip. Bathroom was clean enough. Employee s were standing around because it was very slow that morning. Don’t order breakfast after 10:00 am. The cook won’t cook it. They didn’t change the breakfast menu to the lunch menu, but they wouldn’t serve breakfast anyway. Several customers were turned away for trying to order breakfast.
