If I could give a zero I would. I went to the drive through where the guy immediately told me to hold on. There was only one car in front of me at the window. I sat there for about 5 minutes waiting. The other car had left several minutes before. No one ever came to the intercom so I decided to go inside. There were at least 2 cars behind me that drove off. When I went inside there were 2 people waiting on their food. There was only 3 people working. The guy asked was I there for door dash. I said no, no one ever came to the window. One guy who I’m assuming was the manager rudely said “well she’s just going to have to wait it’s shift change.” I said that’s fine but yall should have said that. I don’t mind waiting while you do what you have to do. I stood there for a while observing while the other 2 people didn’t acknowledge me. It was so nasty behind the counter in the prep area. Wasted food all over the preparation area and all over the floors. The “manager” was walking around throwing things away talking about how dirty it was. After a few minutes I left. I just couldn’t order anything with how nasty and dirty it was in there. Whoever owns this Burger King needs to do better. Clearly you don’t know how your business is being run. I’d ordered through the drive through several times before, I hadn’t been inside in years. After seeing how it looks in there I’ll never go there again.

I went to this restaurant and ordered something like nine Ish Friday night. The guys was in there. They indicate that the boiler was broken and then they said they got it fixed. I asked them for extra onions on my burger and they look like they had cut a whole onion and put it on it they Services and food was nasty. And it was all man working there that night . There are nasty and they play with my food and now I’m sick as a dog. Please don’t eat there , that place needs new workers and need to be renovated and needs to be under new management. Totally disgusting place.

Very slow and run down. Only had 3 workers in there during lunch. Had to wait 30 minutes for a mobile order because they wouldn’t take orders through speaker, though they will let you sit there and won’t say anything. Won’t even speak until the car at window has left. then had a line inside. I don’t totally blame workers but cashier wasn’t polite. Won’t be back anytime soon. They should probably go ahead and close it down.
I usually go during breakfast and don’t have too many problems. There must be two different shifts of people but the lunch shift is not good.

Best burger king experience for sure!!! Everything was fresh and Ms.Tasha and Ms.Sakiya were very joyful and full of personality . This burger king is blessed from the from to the back. Thanks for keeping burger king together.

I was rushed through order and had to keep repeating myself due to the drive thru employee constantly interrupting me . I asked for extra tomatoes, paid for extra tomatoes and in said received slop on a bun with no tomatoes at all . This is ridiculous.

Horrible service was told I had to wait 15 minutes before I could order anything because they were waiting for a manager to open the drawer. Looked like there were only 2 people working! Wont be visiting again!

Today i went to burger king in Baker and I ordered the fiery chicken sandwich and when i got home i ate some of it but I didn’t eat all of it because when i look to see why the sandwich tasted funny and the chicken on the sandwich was half raw

This location usually is below average when it comes to the food/service but today was a different. The person taking my order was very patient and polite. When I got to the window to pay, she was still polite and even had a smile. I had to wait for fries but she respectfully asked me to pull forward, gave NO attitude whatsoever. We only waited for a few minutes before they brought our food out. The food was hot and not “messy”. If they continue to do business this way, I would gladly return. Great job BK!
