Went in and ordered 2 Big Fish Sandwiches. We was asked to pull up to the door and they would walk out our food. I must admit we didn’t check our food. Anxious to get home, we realized that we was given someone else’s order. We paid 18$ to get 1 darn sandwich. Tried calling the store, no one answered and I tried calling multiple times after that and the phone was busy. Like they took the phone off the hook. It’s sad to say, but working at fast food restaurants, it apparent they are not being taught anything. Customer service is poor and lacking any attention. No one there and you still can’t get it right.

We arrive at 9h50 supposed to close at 2am. The girl inside take our order like everything is ok. 5 minute later another girl comes and said : inside is supposed to be close and you should not be there. After she said : I am gonna look if I can still make your order. Result we waited 15min for a whopper with just ketchup and he look like he was smashed… when we were going in the car the girl were laughing at us in the window.

Absolute worst BK ever! Last order they got EVERYTHING wrong. I asked for double cheeseburgers with mayo and onion. They thought that meant NO pickles, ketchup and mustard. Then they forgot a slice of cheese. Then, for my wife’s whopper…they added cheese and made it a double and put a TON of mayo on it. It was just supposed to be a regular whopper.
This is not the first time they messed up. But it’s the LAST TIME I’ll ever eat there. They’re not only incompetent but slow!
Just look at my photos!! The whopper was SMOTHERED in mayo (who does that??) and I legit got a double cheeseburger with the first patty folded in half!!

waited at the window for 10 mins no answer so had to drive around to the window. the lady at the window was nice probably the only good thing i have to say about this location. got my order first off i asked for a dr pepper they gave me a sprite. wasn’t a problem didnt feel like waiting for the correct drink drove home to find out the sandwich i specifically said no mayo on had it on the sandwich. i go back to the place and ask for it to be remade the rude girl making the sandwich tried saying i never said i didn’t want it on the sandwich. she then makes another sandwich thinking for sure there isn’t any way my sandwich could be wrong again i drive back to my house to find out she put mustard on my chicken sandwich. definitely not going back to this location.

On the evening of 2/25/25, i reluctantly went into the restaurant to order a whopper. I stood there for a few minutes and asked if someone could take my order.the employee said that she had to take the drive thru orders first finally someone came up to take my order as she announce that”she wasn’t on the clock yet”. the burger was cold, the meat tasteless, and the drink machine gave some funny-tasting liquid. THIS IS AWFUL!! Poor service and untrained workers. They need to close permanently

The only issue I have is that the GM, as of me writing this, WILL lie to your face about the rewards policy. You don’t have to buy anything to redeem the points. Avoid the interaction and order it through the app if you want to redeem points.

Never would I have thought that burger King on Parkview would have such rude workers. I ordered 2 meals. The fries was not cooked all the way. My chicken sandwich was cold and tasted old. Than I try to call them 2 let them know and the pick up the phone and hang up not once but twice. I will be calling in the morning to talk to the GM IM VERY UPSET 30 DOLLAR OF A WASTE
