Ordered 2 Italian chicken sandwiches. One was good barely any sauce but one was so hard that it could break a tooth! Service is always slow they make you back up behind the driveway pole so their timer can be reset every single time we’ve ordered food we have to wait behind the pole or pull to the front and wait for food. Mind you were the only one in line 9/10 times. They need a whole new crew or new manager something. Fries always taste like old grease as well

Very unprofessional need to shut this location down we went to get some food late night around 11 :30 -12 now mind you they close at 1am, why only one person was there and she wasn’t taking any orders because they was understaffed but your still at work making money not doing nothing but don’t want to work and do what the job pays you for a total waste of our time

This was my 3rd location bk going to in a 45 minute period on 9/20/21 at around 10:45 pm. Not only did they HAVE onion rings, the cheddar peppers and drinks, my man taking the order at the window was very professional and friendly. Took the order really quick, order was accurate. The lady that runs this store as well as all of the employees are always professional and neat in appearance and very friendly. The manager, she is always all smiles. Always an enjoyable experience going to this store. Great job by her and the staff.
