Today, since there were no cars in the parking lot NOR the drive thru, I thought I would give them another chance.

My burger looked NOTHING like that! 1 piece of bacon cut in half and MAYONNAISE! I will not be back. TERRIBLE!

I go here a few times a week for breakfast and they are always nice and friendly. Always get my order correct and tell me hello I.E. MUCH MUCH better than at McDonalds in town were some mornings they won’t answer the menu board.

How they have a rating higher than 3, i will not understand. I ordered door dash. I expect cold food, but what I got wasn’t just cold .. it was cold and burnt, the cheese wasn’t even melted enough to look like it was ever hot. It is dried out and seems like maybe it’s been sitting out for hours under a heat lamp. This location is by far the worst Burger King I have ever patronized. This location in Abbeville is an embarrassment to the entire franchise.

Just trying to eat a burger but while I was eating, I was like… “tastes a lil funny.” I unravel it and BAM, she’s burnt to dear hell. No wonder this Burger King location sees few customers. Not to mention how slow they work as well. The wait would be fine if u guys didn’t burn the food. Train ur employees how to cook man this is definitely not how you guys should be representing the king of burgers. A SHAME

ORDER WAS INCOMPLETE. FORGOT HASH BROWNS AND DIDN’T PUT CHEESE ON MY CHEESE BURGER!
I have colon cancer and just left the hospital. We didn’t have the extra money to spend in the first place but to have everything wrong after leaving the hospital was not making it a good day for me and my Family!
If you can’t read that’s a problem! You messed up 3 times on one order!
I hate wasting food and money on food that’s not served hot fresh and correct! $25.26 on 3 meals!

This place is absolutely horrible they never have what’s on the menu but today i decided to stop because i wanted to try the How to train your Dragon meal first I paid $15 for 4 cheese sticks a drink and a whopper. The whopper was supposed to be bacon and cheese. I requested extra mayo and extra onions. I get my order I leave get home see no bacon, no cheese on my hamburger no extra mayo no extra onions they gave me the wrong burger. I go back. Ask for the bacon cheeseburger that I was supposed to get extra mayo extra onions please they give me another burger I go to leave decide to check the burger if extra onions is one and a half rings then that’s what I got. Bacon was a piece the size of an inch I go back into the facility and ask the lady for the definition of extra onions. What does it mean? Is it one and a half onion slices she took a hamburger paper and grabbed some onions hand it to me and says here’s your onions. I go to ask about the bacon and she says ma’am if you’re gonna be rude I’m gonna have to ask you to leave all, I was trying to get the burger that I ordered. They’re rude lazy and don’t really care to be working. I was not being rude I was frustrated I admit I will also admit I spoke calmly and clearly and they just didn’t care. They were friendly but slow. 4 cars were pulled to the side waiting for their food. I just had a sandwich so not sure what took so long. No drinks, no fries, da nada. They are probably hijacking the drive thru timer to keep their service time down. Been there done that in high school and I did not like it when the management of the establishment I worked for did it. It takes more time and manpower to have a runner in the parking lot trying to figure out which meal goes to which customer.

Today I have to Thank you Burger King for your generosity because you served the homeless and didn’t judge him. Your competitor kicked us out of the business and refused to allow me to buy him food.
