Out of bacon, onion rings, and Sundae Pies. I haven’t been able to get bacon on a burger for about four months now. There’s one guy that has the snottiest attitude ever. Tonight, he was training a new employee. Hopefully, they don’t turn out like him. Whoever (probably the same guy?) does the ordering for ingredients needs to be fired.

I have been to this location off and on for the last year now at different times of the day and night even in the middle of the night and they are always out of bacon and almost always out of onion rings. Considering most items on the menu have bacon the least they can do is offer a discount instead of having to pay for bacon when you are not going to get it.

Just trying to eat a burger but while I was eating, I was like… “tastes a lil funny.” I unravel it and BAM, she’s burnt to dear hell. No wonder this Burger King location sees few customers. Not to mention how slow they work as well. The wait would be fine if u guys didn’t burn the food. Went mainly to get a large soft drink. The machine for customers wasn’t working, so disappointing. I like to customize my drink so I couldn’t do that.

Asked for the $5 deal with the 2 big kings as advertised on tv. The lady didn’t know what I was talking about. So I asked for the manager and she told me shes the manager. I came through a few days before and ordered the same thing with no issue. Got to the window with the meal offer on the website pulled up on my phone and they still wouldn’t let me order it. And when I informed her she had terrible customer service she told me she didn’t need my business. Food looked like it had been thrown in the bag, onion rings spilled everywhere, sandwich not even wrapped, no napkins and no sauce that I had asked for. Also everything was cold and the bun was soggy like it had been sitting out all day. I didn’t even eat it. And it would’ve just been even more trouble going back to return the food and get a refund.
