Usually if I come here its around 7am and the woman is always amazing, friendly, service is fast..everything’s great. Today i came around 9:30, ordering was a disaster, woman was rude, rushing me and I had a large order. It wasnt the same lady thats usually here at 7am I know that for sure. Food came out quicker than expected..i was asked to go to the front of the double doors so i expected a long wait so that was the best part about it. Won’t be coming outside the usual 7am window again.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever received at a fast food establishment in my entire life. Sat outside for 10 minutes, waiting for my order to be walked to me as promised until finally going inside to be given the wrong order again with a terrible attitude from the staff.

I’ve been going to this location more lately since I have to pass that way on a regular basis and the service has been nothing but amazing. The ladies are so sweet and kind. The food has been great, especially the BK double stack. Always hot and delicious. I was there today with my Mom who is job hunting and it was so nice to have a peaceful clean place for us to use the internet and have a nice lunch! Thank y’all for the hustle and the attention to detail @ this location, doing a GREAT job!

I’ve been to all 4 locations in rotation in Lafayette La for the past 3 weeks. Everytime I stop to one of the locations none of them have the cheesy tots available . They always say they are out. I been stopping atleast 4 times a week at these locations just to check if they have them . How does no Lafayette Louisiana locations ever have them in stock ! The Johnston location had them once that’s when I fell in love with them. Never had them after that . And don’t get me started on the northside locations . Back to not eating Burger King anymore again. ♀️
