Drive thru order for myself and my dad…the Assistant manager at the window? OMG SO POLITE, CHEERFUL, make you forget you are doing a fast take out! She was so polite and kind, made me feel special, lol…for real, spot on customer service the way it should be! Kudos to her for enjoying what she does and making everyone feel like they are important! THAT’S how you do customer service!

The young man in drive thru was very polite! That was the only good part, the oil tastes old almost rancid , my whopper bun was stale, and hard. And I can’t believe $3 for medium fries and $1.50 for a piece of cheese. I think I’m done with Burger King. Tonight’s food was terrible!

Burger King on Johnston St has an excellent set of people that work there from the managers on down to the crew members. They keep there line moving and have great people skills and sounds like they have fun together. The restaurant is always clean they do awesome at that and always courtesy to me. Overall Great experience I recommend the bacon king for lunch/dinner and BEC corrisant for breakfast.

I ordered an Impossible Whopper (Vegetarian alternative) was undercooked compared to ones I had eaten at least 4 other other Burger King locations. Also, I asked for no onions (which I noticed was noted on receipt), yet my Impossible Whopper had onions anyway. (This part is not a deal breaker because they are easy to take off, since they were sliced instead of diced). Service was alright until I went back up to the counter for dessert and the manager let me know she had to log her junior in to the til after this staff already saw me waiting, yet continued to put together drive-thru orders, without so much as a second…”I will be right with you” or anything. Because of this nonexistent service, I walked out not saying a word; and as I exited restaurant, I looked back and both the manager and her junior were looking at me while talking about something.

I went to the drive thru about 30 minutes ago. I wasn’t acknowledged at all. They were open they had lights on inside and outside. But I didn’t see anyone at the counter or near the window to take orders. Probably sleeping on the clock. Check your cameras.

The lady in the drive thru was on the phone with someone on speaker phone. I had to pull up for my order and they were out of those cinnamon rolls mini things. Both burgers were cold and tasted like they were old. We took 2 bites and threw them away. The fries and onion rings were edible.

Service was quick. Burger was very good. My fries were not fresh well the 6 that were in my bag. I thought some must have fallen into the bottom of the bag…. .looked…..none there.

I won’t sugar coat the fact that there are wait times. However, my order has always been correct and my food has always been fresh even by the time I get home and enjoy it. The service has always been alright as well! Good manners and I personally haven’t gotten attitude from any of the workers. This is my go to fast food spot.

Honestly, went here for the Naruto toy promo that was available todat. Sadly, they didn’t have the Naruto toys here . Even though the kids meal show the promotion. Lady said it show that, but they haven’t received any of the toys and it not available and didn’t even know anything about that. Lady was kinda rude about that also.
