Absolute slowest fast food on the planet. I watched 3 people walk out of the restaurant. The manager is obviously too self important to help with the 15 cars in the drive through and the 10 people in the lobby. Instead, she can be seen walking around texting on her phone. I can tell why none of the employees respect her. If leadership is the tip of the spear, this establishment is a broomstick. I could keep going but I’d rather forget I ever stopped here. 0/10

I will never go back to burger king again. They do not pay attention to the food that they put out and due to that my two year old choked on a plastic sticker like thing that was melted into his cheses on his burger. They are suppose to remove this before putting the cheese on the burgers and they did not do so.

We are from out of town. This has to be the friendliest Burger King I’ve ever been to! All the workers were very sweet. They went above and beyond make us comfortable (I know that sounds weird for a BK. I have never received that type of service at a fast food establishment. Janice was so sweet and personable. We loved her energy.

So franklinton la. Corporate , if you want to know why this restaurant can’t keep employees it’s because of your manager Kourtney. She talks to people with such rudeness and disrespect ! My son just started and the next time she pops off I’m popping off back. No sense in a grown woman that supposedly a manager when she is not trained on how to communicate with her employees. If your establishment can’t keep workers then the problem is with poor management. You about to be short staffed again and wasting more money on new hires. Cause my son has only been there a week and is already planning on quitting and I don’t blame him. Get decent management or continue to waste money cause your manager can’t keep people.

Hard, cold nuggets,my baby is 2 an his nuggets was hard as a rock! I didn’t know until I was up the road already so just a waste of $ he couldn’t eat! All the food was cold and drinks flat and nasty!

Went in and ordered some onion rings because they are the best and a bacon king burger meal. Got the meal fairly quickly. The people here were nice and making childish jokes and remarks to each other that made me giggle while I waited for my food to be given to me. Overall, clean place and nice atmosphere plus they were quick which I what I really like about fast food places.
