Just ate here for the last time. Half the patty was still defrosting when I bit into it. Should’ve known it was going to be bad when I heard the drive thru lady (who was on the phone the whole time) say a worker walked out. Should’ve known it was going to be bad when I ordered a strawberry icee and was told they only had coke and Cot’Candy; just to get to the window pay and receive two CC icees bc the coke I ordered was down too. It was a quick turn around from drive thru to receiving my food; but I guess so since they cut the cook time in half on my burger.

Customer service was great!
Me and a friend weren’t sure if we could go in until we saw a guy walk out of there.
So we went in and my friend had the coupon sheet.
The employee said a joke like oo oh he brought the whole sheet.
We All got a good laugh!
The employees took our order immediately and made it right the 1st time!
The coupon was 2 whopper combos (hamburgers, fries AND drink) for I like $10!
To top it all off the food was GREAT!
Great experience and food!

Not impressed with their new Ch’King sandwich. The chicken was about a quarter inch thick and the crust was soggy. Popeye’s and Chick-fil-A have nothing to worry about in the chicken sandwich wars.
Update – later found out they substituted the chicken from the $1 value meal for the Ch’King sandwich. The “real” Ck’King chicken patty is much better than the value meal chicken patty. Still keeping my 1 star because they gave me the $1 sandwich when I paid for the Ch’King.

On July 1 I went to Burger King at around 10:15 P.M.. There were two vehicles in front of me that oordered. when it was my turn, the woman told me that they were doing shift change and it would be 20 minutes. By the time the two orders that I was stuck behind, went through, 15 minutes had passed. I went around and got behind the three vehicles that were now in front of me. She took those three peoples orders, when it was my turn she told me that they were only doing Mobile orders only. I realized the first two people in front of me were black and the three people the second time we’re also black. When I told her I’m the same guy and asked her what is going on, why is she not talking My order after she took two people in front of me and then the next three people in front of me. She Call me they were too busy and couldn’t help. I went back around and watched frome the parking lot as she denied The next white person in the drive-through and then accepted the next four black peoples orders. I honestly could not believe what I was watching. What the hell is going on at Burger King? how can you have racist people working at your drive-through. Please owners of the franchise look at the cameras and you will see I am not exaggerating. I cannot believe this just happened to me. What kind of racist people are you guys hiring. I will never go back to Burger King again. Hopefully I can get in touch with someone in charge of the franchise because this is unacceptable

Why did it take so long every single time? I live down the street so I have given them more chances than I should. They tell you to park and take 20 minutes AT LEAST to bring your stuff out cold. It’s irritating enough that I ordered thru DoorDash tn bc I don’t want to wait…except they so far, have made my drive wait 20 min!!! I am about to cancel order and just go to bed. I have me, husband and 4 teens. You would think Burger King would want our business but we are more of a burden than anything and by the time our food gets here it’s going to be trash. Cutoff time for taco bell has not been met yet, I am switching

I’ve never bothered giving a bad review for a business, but this is easily the worst service I’ve ever gotten. I went to pick up an online order. When I arrived, I gave them the name on the order and repeated it multiple times when they asked. They told me they were “working on it”. I waited at this store for ALMOST AN HOUR. After a long wait, I went back to the counter to ask what was the status. They, AGAIN, asked me for the name. When I told them, they said that “someone already picked up the order.” They only said this after I gave them the name multiple times and ONLY AFTER I WAITED FOR AN HOUR. I showed them my phone to prove that the order was for ME. They pretty much just said “Oh well” and refused to do anything to resolve the issue when I asked politely for clarification. I was confused, so they just disrespectfully walked away from me and ignored me liked they couldn’t be bothered. At first, they told me they “had the order” and were “working on it” at first, saw me waiting for nearly an hour, and then told me they couldn’t make it for me only after an HOUR, then acted like they couldn’t be bothered with me when I was confused by that. This really crossed a line for me.
