Pulled into the drive thru at 745pm on this glorious Thursday to be told that they needed me to come inside. Because of staffing issues. To the proprietor of this restaurant – PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY TO GET HIGHER QUALITY LABOR. What is Burger King, really, without a functioning drive thru? Oh and the food was completely cold. At room temp quite literally.

After asking me to reverse in the drive through so I wouldn’t be in the window while they prepared my “big order”, which was 2 meals, and then asking me to move to the parking lot in this location that is on a one-way on st Charles (not easy to just go back to the parking lot), they didn’t bring our drinks, the food was cold, and the nuggets were undercooked with this disgusting, white, and foreign stuff all over them. The girl at the counter refused to remake them, said that’s just how the chicken is, and to request a refund on the app.

Fries were cold. Manager told me I had to leave before I swallowed my last bite. She yelled at the top of her lungs at a homeless man. The counter clerk was very sweet. As you can see the dining room is empty.

Came 5/6/24 at about 11:25 am. Wait was long, all the workers were rushing they forgot to put my fries in the bag which I caught while I was still in the driveway. When I got home, ready to eat, I realized that I received a sandwich with moldy bread. How could you not see that big green moldy circle while you were spreading the tarter/mayo on the bun? Thank God I didn’t eat it, first glance I thought it was a shriveled piece of lettuce. This is not acceptable.
