I live in metairie and make a special trip to this bk because, the service and food are much better than the Oaklawn location. You don’t have disgruntled employees mumbling derogatory things as they make your food here like the Oakland location as if they are doing you a favor pleaseeee…nice job a elysian fields yall are appreciated thank you

I recently visited the Burger King location Elysian Fields, New Orleans, Louisiana, and had an excellent experience. I went through the drive-through, and the service was amazing and fast. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
I ordered a Junior Whopper, and it was prepared perfectly. The burger included fresh lettuce, a tomato slice, dill pickle slices, and a slice of white onion, all layered on top of a flame-grilled beef patty. The meat and condiments were served on a soft, sesame seed bun, dressed with ketchup and a little mayonnaise. The burger was freshly made and hadn’t been sitting under a heat lamp, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, the Junior Whopper was delicious, and the quick, friendly service made the experience even better. I highly recommend this Burger King location for a satisfying fast food meal.

Great location near the lake front. We ordered a French toast combo with ice coffee and hash browns. The hash browns were cold the ice coffee was a small cup but their was so much ice and not enough coffee the French toast was cold. To say we were there earlier in the morning around 7:45am and everything we purchased was around $10 and some change to be cold yes you guys definitely need to do better. The customer service was alright the lady who took our order was nice the lady who gave the order was nice but distracted in a conversation with someone else. I would give them another try in the future but no time soon!!

The young lady who was managing on Saturday night, which was July 26 around 10:40 PM. She was bullying me and my auntie as we pulled up through drive-through. The other young lady who was taking the order from the drive-through window was not presenting the meal that was being spoken to her to the person who was doing the sandwiches are doing the serving and making the sandwiches the other young lady who came to the window Who went take the money didn’t understand that we wanted two separate sandwiches. One of the sandwiches had too much mayonnaise on it even though we did ask for extra mayonnaise. The other sandwich didn’t have any cheese as well as the other sandwich didn’t have any cheese so they didn’t perform a good job on Saturday night. I don’t appreciate anybody trying to bully me and your franchise so tell those young ladies how to serve or need to get off your property cause you’re gonna lose a lot of customers the way the young lady was hanging out the window. The manager was hanging out the window looking like she wanted to jump inside my vehicle in bullying me a customer Thank you.

I don’t know why, but Burger Kings continue to fail me. This location gave me my number 1 meal cold. I know for sure that the meat wasn’t straight out the broiler nor
warmer. The bread was cold. The meat was cold. The lettuce was fresh and refrigerated cold which made my sandwich extra cold. Fries wasn’t fresh and cold too. I did not use a coupon either. BK is also a hassle to use a coupon with the need to download the entire app thingy. The only reason why I went was because Wendy’s line was moving hella slow and was long. I got out to go to BK and what a mistake! I asked the lady can she warm my sandwich because it was cold. She said she cannot because mayo was on it. I left it alone & pulled off. I already don’t shop at BK because of low quality. I will continue not to. I remember a long time ago, BK was a staple burger place, however now they struggle for customers. Nowadays, I rather make burgers at home because to get a decent burger, you pay roughly $20 after a drink/fries. I buy for 3 so $60 for burgers is a bit too much. I’m accustomed to it though. Stay safe y’all!

First off … my food was on point ,, thanks for the grill person in back! But walking in this place I thought I was at a Dj ,, playing LOUD BOUNCE MUSIC… The Cashier was rude as hell,,, she was too busy rushing to get off , and wasn’t getting my order correct cause she is YELLING at the employees who is fixing orders… March 21, 25 at 12:30 ..
