I want to give a big thank you to the team working at Burger King today. I stopped in on March 5, 2026 around 2:00 AM Central Time, and the service was excellent. The staff was very respectful, fast, and professional even during the late hours. My order was fresh, accurate, and prepared quickly.

It is rare to see a team working together with such a positive attitude, especially this late at night. Whoever was managing the shift did a great job because the whole crew seemed organized and motivated.

Please recognize the team that was working at this time. They truly made the experience great and represented Burger King very well. Thank you all for the great service.

Do not go to this location,
For the money you are going to spend on their frozen food, you will pay tenfold in having to deal with the entitled, lazy employees, who act as if you are a problem for ordering food. Asked for my money back because the lady was so put off by me being there I did not trust her to not do something to the food or drink. Asked for my money back , and manager did not want to give me my card until I filled out a customer complaint form. Had to literally snatch my card from that person and leave. The eye rolling, the attitude. Go anywhere but here. Never got my money back, used it as a learning experience to NEVER go to this location , ever again. I guarantee they won’t be open for much longer , after this experience, shot over across the street to canes and received the BEST SERVICE, food was awesome and the folks were so kind and welcoming. I am thankful for their friendly service and words.

Horrible service! ABSOLUTELY WRETCHED!!!!! Its the old bald headed manger for me every time. No matter how nice or understanding I am about them messing up the order, his attitude is atrocious. I was missing onion and jalapeño on my Texas whopper(s). Instead of giving them the whole order back I asked nicely for some in a cup and I’ll put it on myself. He asked his dude for 3 onion and 5 peppers in a cup with a nasty attitude, slammed it on the counter uncovered and walked off. Im like “well sir can I jus get a top?” He yells back at me “I don’t have any tops!” and slams ANOTHER cup on the counter and walks off. Please if your reading this dont waste your time, energy, and for sure not your money at this particular establishment. Its really not worth it. Jus drive to Kenner friend

Horrible service horrible food. I use my coupon to order and came home to realize the missed a whole combo look on my receipt realized I was missing a meal. Had to drive all the way back to the restaurant and the lady who rung up my order claims I didn’t tell her my coupon number which I did! After waiting 10 mins for them to bring back out the stuff I paid for they still forgot the fries atp I just left and didn’t even worry about it. She ask if we needed straws and didn’t even put any in the bag.

Assuming Middle Ages bald man is the manager, but he has a very bad attitude. Not customer service professional. Also had a very bad attitude towards another employee for making a very small mistake. Would not recommend the service this guy provides to any fast food or restaurant.

Horrible attitude!! Maybe short staffed but that doesn’t mean be rude!! I simply asked why she didn’t give me the right order and she said you didn’t order that! This only happens with her everytime we’ve gone! She gets mad when she’s wrong and she talks to the customers poorly and it wasn’t only me she talked to rudely!!

Look the bar I set was very low and I actually wasn’t disappointed. I dined in because it was around 4:30 and I had some time to kill before a meeting. Used the mens room and I walked in on an employee cleaning the restroom……it was SPOTLESS. I WAS SHOCKED. The same employee was cleaning the dining room…..it was SPOTLESS….I WAS SHOCKED.

Whopper meal with large fries and a drink…..everything was good and hot. Key point….dining room was Empty so they got it right.

Can y’all PLEASE stop refrying old fries and passing them off as fresh fries!!! If I say fresh hot fries, I want them out the bag not from under the light! Horrible and Martavia is very rude. When I asked for hot fresh fries, she yells in my ear through the intercom “y’all drop me a handful of fries” in a very negative tone. If she didn’t yell it out then it was the heavy set, dark skin, manager with fake locs in her hair, that’s always sitting in the lobby. It doesn’t matter because they’re both rude and act like customers are a nuisance to them. Laplace fast food spots are garbage because the employees hate having to work.
The only reason I gave service a 2 is because of Merri or Marii, she’s very pleasant and has a beautiful smile. She was smiling the whole time she serviced us.

I had the best Burger King experience. I’ve ever had the lady who took my order was so happy. She made me happy and the food is delicious and hot. I have no complaints, but I do want to thank my server for being such a great person. THANK YOU
