Food was normal Burger King food. If you like BK then you won’t be disappointed in the food itself. The issue I had was with service or lack thereof. I ordered at 6:27 pm as per my receipt; 6:47 and I still have no food. My order was fairly simple; two whoppers, one onion ring, and one jalapeño bites. I was the only walk-up customer at the time. Drive thru was busy but I counted 5 (Five) staff members working and they lose my order. Finally said something, they located the order and I received it fresh but no apology for the wait; nothing but a snarky “here ya go” from the counter person. With that attitude, she certainly wasn’t reared by me! I won’t be visiting the Terry Parkway again. This BK is BS!

There is ample parking, nice window seating
Very clean. Great lightning no matter where you sat.
Service was good.
My meal was decent. The only thing was missing was sweet tea so I had to settle for a soda.

Absolutely appalling experience. Long story short… I ordered with the mobile app and selected 2:50 pm for my pickup time. As I arrived at 2:49 according to the app my order was ready.
There was no one else in the drive through and seemingly an empty parking lot.
When I got to the window I was told, “you have to back up behind the line until it’s ready”. I paused and he just stared me down and repeated himself.
So I backed up and was checking email, social media and then more than 10 mins later, I was more than halfway through reading a lengthy article until a truck pulled up behind me.
So I pulled up to the window again and I was greeted with an attitude
I told him, “the app said my order was complete when I got here at 2:49” and he said, “well it’s not there’s only two of us here and she had to go to the bathroom.”
Baffled in disbelief, I just asked for a refund.
(Because, if she’s been in the bathroom that long, and they were so unprofessional, I could only imagine she probably didn’t even wash her hands).
He went tell his coworker and she came and said she couldn’t give a refund because I ordered online. She then said your food is right there, you want it or not, I can’t give you a refund. I said if it’s right there I’ll take it. She then grabbed my food and Literally smashed the bag into my hands while saying rudely, “have a nice day” and shut the window. I was speechless & stunned even more in disbelief. (Thinking, “did that really just happen???)

This location is terrible. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this one.
Order was not warm when we got it. My double whopper was spicy for some reason. Sauce that they gave us had a puncture on the foil (looks like a knife or finger nail hole).
The guy at the window kept messing up our order. Forgot our drink, then proceeds to give wrong drink. Left out a nugget order even though I had him repeat my order first before paying. Seems like he was trying to do too much and focus was not there.
Wait was very long. Expect to wait over 15 minutes when it is just one other person in front of you.
The guy also kept saying I got your order don’t worry. But kept getting it wrong. Terrible!

Run Forest, Run! The lady at the drive thru is SO RUDE! Omg I ask a simple question and she acted like I asked her a physics mathematical equation! Ma’am a simple yes or no would suffice because your menu is GARBAGE! Thanks but no thanks! Went up the street to McDonald’s and the guy in the drive thru was the sweetest! Thank God for choices, yo!!
