Do not go here. Our whole experience was awful. Ordering was extremely slow. I will give her some grace because she said she was new, but at least have a training staff to help out when it takes more than 10 minutes to get our order right. The pops were all watery. The bathrooms were disgusting and smelled like they hadn’t been clean in a month. All of the trash cans in the whole place were full. The floors were sticky. Then they forgot multiple things in our order even after they were behind the counter going over it 3 times together. To top it all off, there was a hair in one of the burgers, and the onions had black spots, which i can only assume is mold. I hate writing bad reviews, but I don’t want anyone who’s traveling to waste an hour of their travel time for nothing.

What happened to BK have it your way? Every single time I use your drive through, my order is made wrong. No lettuce. It’s simple. Also, the only thing fresh out of my meal was the fries. Chicken fries were soggy and my 2 chicken sandwiches (aside from having to pick off all the lettuce) were also less than what I’d call fresh. As a former employee of BK I’m honestly just disappointed.

Had a mobile pickup order scheduled for 4:45. Ordered 2 burger meals and a kids meal, so I figured I would order it ahead so that by the time I got to the restaurant from my house, it would be ready… I was so wrong. Didn’t get my food until 5:30 amd that was after I was asked 3 times if I had another order, which was placed at least 10 mins AFTER I got to the window and was finished before I got my order.

I ordered a burger patty to go with only lettuce, as I eat gluten free and am allergic to tomatoes. I informed them of the allergy. When I arrived at my destination to eat, it was not a plain burger and lettuce as requested. I paid the full whopper price for something I could not eat, as it had both ketchup and tomatoes! I would give this location less than 1 star if I could!

Our order took quite a while, food was fine, but not quite correct (nothing major). The bathroom situation is not great. Single bathrooms only, so you might have to wait a while to use one. And the baby changing table is situated directly over the toilet… so hopefully you don’t drop anything in the toilet as you’re leaning over it to change your baby… They have plenty of other useful wall space for a changing table, not sure how that placement came about.

While our food was acceptable, our customer service was not. Whoever was taking our order kept saying “is that all” after everything we ordered. We also ordered 2 8 piece mozzarella sticks and got 2 4 piece. We caught that mistake right away when we looked at the receipt, but didn’t notice they hadn’t given us any marinara sauce until we had driven off. Had to go back for that. We will never go back to this Burger King. I don’t care how busy you are , there is no excuse for being rude and rushing the customer. More training is obviously necessary. You can definitely tell when no care went into making your sandwich. Chicken sandwich, no lettuce, add onion. I think there is mayo on it, but can’t tell for sure.
