I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes to get my food when there were only 3 cars in front of me. I got to the window where I watched 3 employees standing around staring at the order screen as if they were waiting for them to drop off not knowing they drop off quicker when you make the food. After the 30 minute wait I received cold whoppers. The one bright spot was the fries were fresh.
Also be advised that if you are in this situation, you are stuck in the drive through without the option to leave as it is a single lane and curbed in.

Service was decent, but my main complaint here is the abhorrent food and lack of care for preparation and consistency; my bacon-egg-cheese biscuit looked horrible, the biscuit was very dense and overcooked and the egg was over cooked. It’s definitely not worth the money or time to visit this BK location. P.S. The collage picture I posted shows what my sandwich looked like (on the left) and what it’s supposed to look like (on the right).

Every time I’ve gone into this location, I’ve had a great experience. I notice they have a new crew available now and a few new managers, including the GM. This store hasn’t had the best reviews but hopefully with this new crew, the public can finally say “Burger King on 2nd” is finally a place we can go, comfortably, and enjoy an exceptional meal, at a good price, and not have to worry about the quality being poor. I’ve been in customer service the past 35 years so I know what it’s like to be short handed, to work with people who don’t care as much as others, etc. The good employees can only do so much to try and push and serve the customers efficiently. Not everyone understands the fast food industry and what the employees in it encounter. Just try to cut them a little bit of slack because I do see improvements and I would love to have everyone have a good experience there but unfortunately mixed reviews do happen… you’ve got this guys!! My wife and I believe that you guys CAN improve. Hopefully your new staff stay and can be great as well as the few good employees I do witness when I’m in your store. Until next time Burger King on 2nd. I’ll be back in a few months.

Went inside to order takeout. No one else in the lobby and 1 car in the drive through. The lady at the front made eye contact with me and said “be right with you”. Evidently her version of “be right with you” and my version vary greatly.

She kept looking up at the orders screen. She took three more drive through orders, answered the phone (a conversation about when she was supposed to work/cover home’s shift the next day) then back to staring at the screen above her.

She finally deemed me worthy enough to have my order taken. Once I placed my order and paid for it, it took another 12 minutes to get my very simple order. I took it across the street to the hotel, less than a minute, up to my room and the food was luke warm at best.

I wish I had something good to say because I believe in kindness but nothing about my visit was positive. It shouldn’t take 20+ plus minutes to get food.

Yesterday in the evening on 10/22/2025 I took my family in there for dinner to store #1832, while we were there around 6:30pm, we had placed our order in lobby were dinning in, had our order taken by we thought just an employee, come to find out when we asked, got told she was the assistant, her name is Becca, she was very rude taking our order, rushing us thru our decision on what to order, while yelling from counter to kitchen for cooks to hurry up, they were being too slow, and I mean she was yelling. Not professional at all. After placing our order we waited well over 25 minutes.. Then we see another worker approaching front counter, believe she was trying to leave, she had her purse n jacket, so I stopped her and asked who was the GM there and she replied I am, she interduces her self as new GM still in training there. She told us her name was Stephanie Perez, My wife wrote it down just in case. And she says how could she help us? I told her about her manager Becca whom took our order, was super rude, disrespectful, and not professional at all Becca was her name, and we had already been waiting over 25 minutes for our food being ordered and we weren’t only customers whom were waiting like us who were also very mad and upset. Immediately The GM Stephanie set her stuff to the side and said just a few seconds n she would have our food out, and if we needed anything at all just ask for her. Stephanie was amazing, caring,professional, you could tell she cared about customers and her employees. Stephanie went to kitchen and helped her cooks since your assistant Becca would not even move and who just kept yelling at the cooks talking to them very disrespectfully. Not good. Stephanie helped cooks get our food out fast as well as rest of orders too. She even checked on us we were eating on her way out. Stephanie very professional, caring of customers and her employees. She was very professional and very welcoming and you could tell this was not her first time doing her job. She needs praised and a raise. As long as you keep her here as the general manager we will keep coming every week and recommend this burger king to all our family, and friends. Stephanie truly an amazing leader. As to Becca horrible un professional and very disrespectful she needs repammended for that. Best food and service from GM Stephanie and her cooks..

Waited at the drive thru window for 15 minutes before I got my order. It was 1:30p on a Thursday. Four cars behind me. It would have been understandable had my food been fresh, but it was lukewarm at best. I saw my order sitting on the table behind the counter for a good 10 minutes before it was given to me.

Stopped by this location on our way to a family funeral. The GM was kinda rude on the drive thru speaker; was better at the window. She messed up our order. 3 meals + a sandwich. Somehow ended up with six sandwiches and an extra $10 charge. Had to ask for our receipt just to double check. GM said she would pay us cash later for our card transaction?! Probably shouldn’t have went here.
Skip this location and head over to the McDonalds across the street.
