I had left a bad review at this Burger King and was avoiding it as much as possible, but it was nearby, so I had to come today. The manager was awful; she made faces, answered rudely, and didn’t serve you. But they changed the manager, and Burger King has definitely improved. You can feel it in the atmosphere, the service, and the employees. Congratulations!

I thought I would give this BK another try. Sadly, I wasted my time. 9:30 am. There was one car in the parking lot and no one in drive thru. But when I pulled up to order, I wasn’t met with any sort of greeting. Just a woman saying “it’s going to be a long wait”. This was the same “greeting” I had received in past visits. I pulled away and noticed that there were no customers in the dining room either. I’m not quite sure at this point why this location is even open. I have learned my lesson.

Waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes this morning and got absolutely zero service. Pulled up to the window just to ask if they were open and the employee’s exact response was: “Unfortunately, yes.”
Wow. I understand hating your job, but that is NOT a customer’s problem. You are actively choosing to be at work and shouldn’t take that attitude out on people trying to give you business. Burger King, you need to check in on the team at your South Locust location.

⭐ Burger King Drive-Thru Experience – Grand Island, NE
We went through the drive-thru and placed our order, handing over a valid coupon at the window. The employee immediately gave us attitude, saying she couldn’t apply the coupon after entering the order—even though we gave it to her in time. I asked her to cancel the order so I could go inside and reorder properly to use the coupon.
Instead of handling it calmly, she was rude, unprofessional, and visibly irritated. She threw the receipt at me and I had to ask her to calm down. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience or her behavior.
Customer service matters. This experience was frustrating and completely avoidable. A little courtesy and respect go a long way.

Came in for lunch on a Saturday. They were busy (good sign). The place was clean, the staff friendly, as I looked in the food prep area everything there was clean and well run. Good job folks

First of all the service was awful the women that took my card acted as if using tap to pay was the most inconvenient thing she had to do all day and when she put the reader out the window i couldn’t reach it with my phone and she said with a snotty tone “it doesn’t stretch any farther” rolled her eyes multiple times as if me ,the paying customer , did something wrong. On top of this my chicken fries and sandwich were both cold, not even a little bit warm, cold. If you’re gonna treat a customer this way at least give me somewhat warm food. Awful establishment.

What a joke. I sat in the drive thru for a few minutes and finally asked,” is anyone there?” With a rude response “ ya I’ll be with you in a minute!” I then ordered a quad bk king combo, whopper combo, and wanted to try the Mexican chicken sandwich. $32. Ouch. Bk king quad was a disappointment. White Castle sliders were bigger than this. Hence the picture in my hand I took 2 bites of and you can see in my hand the tininess. Then the Mexican chicken sandwich was drier than the Sahara desert and looked sadder than a kid who got his candy or toys taken away. The 2 large onion rings containers were half empty like the window lady pocketed them before handing them out the window. This company has gone down the window. They have doubled their prices and cut the food to nothing. I did a review a month or so ago about the rodeo burgers and honestly if you look at that review the rodeo burger was the same size as this quad bk king burger. I want my money back and I’ll never come near you again. You were rude, overpriced and underserved.

I order ahead of time via app for drive thru pickup and I still end up waiting in the parking lot for 10 min, no lettuce on the whopper, and doors locked long before closing time
