They serve burgers all day (it’s on the menu), yet I had a drive-thru person argue with me that they don’t. That being said, they should turn the broilers on upon opening yet rarely do, so if you order a burger during “breakfast time” be prepared to wait 10-30 min for them to heat up the broiler and cook your food. If it’s on the menu, they should be prepared to make it when it’s ordered.

I want to say thank you to the lady at the drive thru window who showed me nothing but respect she didn’t look at me like she saw a ghost because I’m black like everyone else does in this little down she held a conversation and she made me feel very welcome . Thank you for being so kind . Thank you for your kind service idk her name but she was working on 3/30/2023 at 6pm she’s amazing and I hope she sees this . I ordered breakfast at the drive through at 10:03 with only 2 cars in front of me. At 10:37 I finally drove off because I hadn’t even made it to the window to pay yet. Service is completely unacceptable and I refuse to pay for terrible service. This place has gone down hill terribly in the last year. I won’t return, they won’t get any more of my money.

This is out far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been into where a manager allows her employees to discriminate humiliate the ones at the front counter who allows her cooks to be disrespectful to customers as well and then her to show disrespect to customers after they spend 50 to $60 in there a week I have never been so dissatisfied disgusted with the behavior that I saw the day that I was in there when a person tried to stand up for what they believed was right and they were treated as if they were in the wrong when it was the manager that could have changed the whole situation by getting her employees under control I sat in there and watched the entire thing unfold and in my opinion the manager and a child in the back were wrong it’s hard to get good employees these days I get it but the way the manager handled the situation was totally wrong she doesn’t know anything about management she treated them customers like dirt and with that being said the guy working the front counter he should Truly find a job where he’s appreciated and the kid in the back needs to go get some help for his loud obnoxious mouth
