I was sitting in the drive through at the speaker box waiting long before they closed at 8PM. So there was more than enough time to take my order and prepare my food then some guy said they were closed. To top it all off the guy keeps saying sir. I’m not a sir, I have never been a sir and will never become a sir to make that guy happy. He obviously knows I’m a female because I go there a few times a week to grab lunch.

Me and my roommate went to this location today a little after noon and when I tell you they have no customer service they were very rude not even one word practically threw our food at us and acted as if we were bothering them to order and the food well I’ve had better fries cold and not fully cooked

Wanted some breakfast, but didnt want to be around a ton of people (Sunday morning). Seems like the entire city of Omaha is either at church or out having breakfast on Sundays. Where to go without a ton of people? My local Burger King. Can always trust this place will be empty. Service was good, food was BK. Actually only one complaint. For some reason BK and some other fast food joints have no idea how to serve a coke/diet coke. I don’t understand the complication, but i’ve never enjoyed a beverage from Bk. Either fix that or sell bottles.

It used to be average to below average, the the new manager took over (Jose F, i believe) and the difference is night and day. The service is 100x better, the food is always right, they check bags, they are courteous, it went from a place id really hem and haw about to my go to. I have probably visited 10+ times more since he took over than I used to because I can now count on them.

I stopped in about 4:00 on a Friday. I have never been to this location before and I won’t go back.
I ordered the whopper melt, onion rings, and a shake. Their shake machine was down. I then ordered a Hershey pie. They were out (I’m amazed they had the burger and onion rings).
I sat at the drive through window for over 5 minutes. I would think that would mean they were taking their time with my whopper melt, because, you know, the bread is usually toasted on a melt. Not so this one! I probably will never go back. No apologies on what they were out of or for the wait. The picture shows what my food looked like.

The morning manager is rude and very unprofessional. The cook pre makes the food and that is disgusting. People pay with their hard earn money and should not be getting premade food that’s been sitting for hours. Everything should be made fresh. This location disgust me!

Came to the drive thru and the woman on the speaker told me they would not serve me a cheeseburger this early, just the whoppers. I told her it was on the menu and I had never had an issue getting one before. She refused so I went to another location and they served me with absolutely no issue. This location or Atleast that employee should not behave with that attitude when serving customers.

Joey is wonderful! He’s so friendly and concerned that my experience with the 90th Street BK be great! Sharon (I think that’s her name) is also a sweetheart giving great service! Inside the restaurant is always neat and clean. The people who eat there are always nice, clean and respectful. if I go to a different BK, I feel as though I’m cheating on Joey and Sharon! Thanks for having a wonderful team in your business!
