5 minutes before close, tried to hit the drive through, was greeted politely and informed they are not taking any more orders today because they have shut everything down. Excuse me but are you giving away sales because your staff won’t work past their scheduled shift? I understand from a certain standpoint that a person is scheduled for a certain time block, but as a “fast food drive through service” isn’t is expected to be available until “close” and then close down or is that too much to expect from the current workforce?

What’s the point of ordering online when you still have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru window at 6pm on a Wednesday? Is Burger King now Bistro king or something that they’re taking so long? I could have cooked a meal in that time at home. You wonder why you’re failing….

The staff is very unprofessional and have no personable traits. The restraint was disgustingly and filthy. There were 3 people sleeping at tables in the lobby. Obviously homeless. Ketchup all over the counters. No ice in the soda machine. No barbecue sauce available for chicken fries. Lobby floor was disgusting. And obviously has not been cleaned. Manager on duty blamed the state of the restaurant on the night shift from the previous day.

Marissa was amazing!!!! So polite and cheerful!
My food was perfectly prepared!!! It was hot and fresh. Was quickly put together and the restaurant was clean.
My Rings were so hot and crisp! Better than Sonics!
The fries were incredible! So well made!
Devonte was the cook and he did a great job! He was so meticulous assembling our burgers and that is something not seen often nowadays!
This has been the best BK experience for me since Covid came about!

Arrived at 8:39 am. I saw two employee vehicles parked outside? Waited to order in line along with numerous other cars until approximately 9:00 am no response at all. Drove to window to see if anyone there. Observed lights on, but no one was in sight. Watched as this location loss at least 20 cars as we all grew impatient and left, as we were all probably late for work.

Terrible customer service at the window. The lady needs to be fired. Asked us to wait a few minutes, comes on and was unnecessarily rude and argumentative. Said we didnt say impossible whopper and then said they can’t make it. Something about them cleaning their fryers at 730 pm. Every single time we go to this location, there’s something incorrect, the workers are terribly disrespectful, or BOTH!!

Epic fail! 6:42 in the morning and two cars in the lot. I saw people in the kitchen. Got ignored in the drive thru. Time for new management! Ridiculous!! Don’t bother coming here during breakfast hours!

As I stepped into the restaurant I notice how spacious the interior is along with the parking lot. I left the feedback mainly for Aj he was already at the counter to serve me, I really like his patience, professionalism, and accepting a lot of my pennies. He allowed me to have a small drink on the house, and a nice little onion ring hidden in my fries. Food was good and I really like the calm atmosphere while I just sit here and charge my phone while eating. Just relaxing definitely will come back its so close to the police academy which is a plus for me.

Paid over $24 on the app. Not sure store said they weren’t providing that food. Didn’t offer a refund and didn’t offer compensation. Just awful.
