Please go ahead and fire all the staff members here and on 60th and Ames. Please pick better managers and staff members! Any time I go to this location or the one on 60th and Ames . They are always out of something or I barely get any service just to order my food . The staff members that are working are highly rude and unprofessional. I just came from the one on 30th and the man decided to completely laugh in my face after waiting there for 15 minutes just to order my food. I pull up to the window to order the food. I have to wait another five minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. Something has to give or just go ahead and sell the whole North Omaha can get something better.

This is one of the most creative BK locations when it comes to drumming up random BS about why they can’t fulfill your drive-thru order. Like, I am legitimately impressed that I’ve come here on 3 separate occasions & they haven’t been able to procure an order.
Oh well. There’s another BK right down the street that seems to be adequately & competently staffed w/o any drive-thru issues whatsoever. ☺️
Oh, I almost forgot… the reviews talking about a particularly rude female employee? Yeah. I get her EVERY time. I guess she’s okay with mediocrity b/c she knows this location is so short-staffed that they’ll never fire her.

I was given undercooked food… then when I came bk the GM was super rude like I did something wrong! He refused to honor my replacement until the manager who promised to replace it and actually cared came in so he can “yell” at her per his words smh mind you 2 other employees who were present at the time of the incident were there now and confirmed my story smh just ghetto and unprofessional

12/11 @ 6:45 pm the rude girls working the drive thu got snotty when I asked for the rest of the food I paid for, that wasn’t in the bag, which I looked through while sitting at the window. Fries are cold, milkshake runny but at least we had a show of people who clearly hate their job as we waited.

I ordered two whoppers with cheese at approximately 1:50 pm on Tuesday November 11th through the drive. There was so much mayo on them that you were not able to taste anything else. Will never go back.

Didn’t even order food. When we got inside it smelled strongly of marijuana and there were employees crashed out in the lobby. We got to the counter and the lady looked at me and turned around to continue standing and looking at the drive thru screen. We waited a minute or two while the other employees also looked at us and made no move to help us. I decided we would use the restroom to give them a moment to finish whatever they were doing. The toilet was completely covered in poop. I cannot tell you enough, do not come to this burger king.
