The young man working drive thru at 1:15ish pm today was an absolute pleasure! He spoke clearly, he was polite, patient, and all around friendly! We did make me a point of telling him what a nice young man he was. I do hope management will do the same.

Here is my Italian Chicken Sandwich… Most of the the current staff is not friendly. I can hear their attitude change when I make a large order. I’ll take my business elsewhere. This is just the latest issue I’ve had at this location. Needs new management.

We have been ordered and came in store to get food, we have been getting it delivered and we don’t get half of what we get most of the time, even when we come in to order we still get half of your stuff or missing and the younger management doesn’t wanna do anything about it

It’s been my experience that the drive-thru is pretty terrible. I’ve gotten stuck waiting for over 5 minutes to place my order when I was the only person in line.
But if you go inside, they’re usually pretty quick and I think it’s a lot faster (and at the least wastes less gas) than using the drive-thru.
Food is mediocre, but the prices are better than anywhere else, so I can’t complain.

I go in almost everyday and the lady in the drive thew the one with the ponytail and glasses everyday I say good morning
And when she’s in drive-through her answers, what do you want? I find her customer service skills are unfriendly. She’s not very nice when you go to the window she doesn’t give any eye contact or even acknowledges you She just hands out the food and stares at her screen. I was a manager in Moorehaven Florida for Burger King for over five years if my staff ever did this, I would send them home until they learn proper etiquette

Okay so we normally don’t eat here because the staff always acts like you are bothering them but we decide on it last minute because the kids wanted it. I believe his name was Josh. He was extremely motivated and he had the best service we have ever received there. He was courteous professional and if he isn’t management he definitely should be.
