Worked late and hadn’t eaten here in years. I had the Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich for 6.59$. Burger King has changed quite a bit. Flavor was ok. The meat on the sandwich was super thin. A shadow of the chicken sandwich the used to have. Burger King food used to taste much better and have way more generous portions. It is priced at 7$ comparable to other fast food offering chicken sandwiches in the area. This is the least bang for a buck you can get in a chicken sandwich. I am unsure of what the corporation that owns the Burger King name is thinking here. They are price gouging and giving the least amount of chicken they can on their sandwiches. This cannot be good for business when their competitors are outperforming them in flavor and now in value/ portion size. I have since eaten there again. Had two whopper junior for 5$. Flavor wasn’t bad and seemed to be a good value.

This burger king is the best I’ve ever been to! Employees are incredibly nice and helpful. Went threw the drive threw and had my two dogs in the car, lady at the window was extremely nice and gave my dogs some treats. Order was exact and delivered with a smile. Will definitely return

Customer service was great, drive thru was quick and the person taking orders was kind and helpful. HOWEVER they got my drink wrong after they read it back correctly and the worst part was my burger was served on a moldy bun. I didn’t have enough time on my lunch break to return it or get anything else.

Went here a few weeks ago with my girlfriend and had a terrible experience. I’m not someone who usually complains or is picky about fast food, but this visit was rough. The place was dirty, with flies all over around the dining area, and in the kitchen and just felt unsanitary overall. Staff were loud, unprofessional, and not focused on their jobs. Our food took way too long, and we ended up leaving to eat our food elsewhere because the environment was so uncomfortable. The chicken sandwich was okay, but the fish sandwich was awful. I had to force it down. Later that night and into the next morning, I had food poisoning, which I strongly believe came from this meal. I love a cheap meal, but I would actually pay NOT to eat here. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Chicken nuggets were so old they had collapsed and were so tough they were inedible. Gross!!! I even called my order in, and they forgot my fries. I had to ask for them when I checked my order. I wished I would have checked my nuggets!

Worse experience ever. My receipt was correct but what I got was totally wrong. I didn’t get my third onion instead of fries which was better then getting nothing but the fries were cold and tasted funny. Two out three burgers were right. One burger was to have everything on it but it was also just mayo. Two burgers were mayo only. Then if you get online it’s 2 meals for 10 but the store has decided it’s 2 for 12 . Guy in drive through didn’t help us. Went inside and the cashier was confused about what I was saying when I was trying to order the 2 meals for ten. He kept asking if I wanted two chickens sandwiches. I would a zero if I could.

I didn’t know I was getting colored/dirty water. I’m glad my brain said to check my drink too after having to go back to get the right sandwich . Sweet people, but not going back there anytime soon.

Because I was staying in a hotel nearby, I showed up on foot at the store, around 11:30 PM, to find it closed, even though Google Maps said it was open until midnight.

I had already placed and paid for my order online, so I went to the drive-thru window. Instead of any basic courtesy, I was rudely informed that without a car, I wouldn’t be served. When I asked for the manager, he immediately threatened to call the police and told me to leave.

Only after pressing the issue did he mention it was “company policy,” and only then did the employee suddenly worry about losing her job—something they could’ve calmly and respectfully explained from the start.

But no, apparently at Burger King, decency isn’t on the menu unless you’re on four wheels. Thanks for making it clear that in your eyes, a vehicle is worth more than a customer.

So I find it a little funny your shake machine seems to always be “not working” around 8 o clock. Wouldn’t be an issue if I didn’t already pay through door dash for services I feel your staff just doesn’t want to do because they probably cleaned the shake machine early before yall were actually closing. It’s fine. Just five bucks and my service going elsewhere from now on. Just as bad as McDonald’s.

This place used to be great, but since covid it has gone downhill. It’s a hangout for the homeless (the on the crazy kind), there are never enough employees, it always seems dirty. I’ve gotten my impossible burger deep fried with no toppings on it before. It’s much better to go to the South 9th location.
