I would write a review but I agree with most reviews since I went here and waited 30 minutes for 3 whoppers and 3 chz burgers and they couldnt get anything right since my food was given to other customer that came in 10 minutes after me so the management needs to be fired and hire all new workers since it seems to be a repeat of the other reviews. BTW GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE IT WILL BE WORTH THE DRIVE SO TRUST ME DONT EVEN GIVE THIS STORE YOUR MONEY THINKING IT WONT HAPPEN TO YOU SO GOOD LUCK.

My experience at Burger King was honestly one of the most dreadful and frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.

I pulled into the drive-thru during my 30-minute lunch break and saw only two cars ahead of me. I thought, “Perfect, this should be quick.” That was my first mistake. I ended up sitting in line for about 15 minutes just to reach the window. By that point, I was already watching my entire lunch break disappear in slow motion.

The man who took my order acted like I was personally inconveniencing him by existing. I ordered a simple Whopper meal with a Sprite, which somehow seemed like an overwhelming request. When I finally reached the window, he took my card… and then just kept it. For five full minutes. No explanation. No update. Nothing. I honestly started debating driving off because I could feel my lunch break slipping away, but I literally couldn’t because he still had my card. I was just stuck there, forced to wait and wonder what was going on with my payment or if I was ever getting it back.

Eventually, he returned and casually said “sorry,” like that erased the entire situation. Then I sat there another five minutes waiting for my food. At this point, I had spent nearly my entire lunch break just trapped in the drive-thru.

I finally got my food and drove off, relieved it was over, only to discover they never gave me my Sprite. So I had to park and go inside, wasting even more time I didn’t have.

Inside was somehow worse. The woman at the counter blatantly pretended not to notice me standing there. After being ignored long enough, I had to raise my voice just to get acknowledged and explain they forgot my drink. Instead of apologizing or helping, she tossed a cup onto the counter and told me to get it myself like I was bothering her by asking for something I already paid for.

By the time I left, I was 10 minutes late getting back to work and never even got to enjoy my meal. The fries were soggy, cold, and honestly disgusting. The burger was decent, but it absolutely was not worth the miserable experience it took to get it.

Overall, the service was rude, the wait time was ridiculous, and the entire experience felt like customers were treated as an inconvenience. I genuinely left feeling frustrated, rushed, and disappointed. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values their time, their patience, or basic customer service.

It would be nice if they would get some more consistent hours. They used to be open until 11, but you would always go in and they would be closed down early. Now they are only open until eight. We were all super excited to have a Burger King come to Park city but the hours and food quality have disappointed.

Burger King has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. It’s disappointing that most of the time I have to drive another 15 minutes to the next closest Burger King.

They rip you off by not including all the items you order and they don’t care because you’re already back on the highway and gone. Plus the food is handed out cold like it had been made hours earlier. Don’t go here if it’s important that your order be correct. Don’t go here if you want hot food. Don’t go here if you don’t want coupons for their mistakes as they won’t refund your money to you at all. It’s a corporation that clearly puts profits over people. RIP

Trenton was amazing from the moment he saw us at the counter. Very attentive, customer friendly, paid very good attention to both our and another customer dietary needs. Very very clean and meaning of BK have it your way
Kaiya doesn’t cross contaminate, handles those order quick and fast . All the food she prepared look neat and customer ready.

Aireq came in while it was busy, handled the drive thru and immediately inquired with everyone if they were taken care of

This team is very customer friendly. It’s a busy area and gas station location but it was cleaner than the town one on exit 3B(STAY AWAY FROM THEM) and this location is more welcoming.

We went through the drive through and had the best customer service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I am Gluten Free and they did everything they could to make sure it was free of contaminants.

At first I wasn’t gonna write a review but everything about this is terrible. Wife and I ordered online so that way there’s no mistakes (everytime we order in drive thru it gets messed up or missed) and had it delivered. We got the food about 45 minutes after we ordered so first off super cold. Secondly and I can’t say this enough WE DIDNT GET ALL OF THE ORDERED FOOD typical here. Called the store and talked to the manager. He personally delivered the replacements (4 items)….. sounds nice right? I STILL WAS HANDED A BAG WITHOUT MY 3 ORDERS OF NUGGETS! So the workers can’t listen at a drive through, can’t read a damn ticket print off, and can’t follow a 4 piece order over the phone. I eventually gave up and will take my losses over my nuggets. I fed my kids something different. Needless to say just go somewhere else honestly I’ve let it go for so long just cause the wife love BK over any other fast food. But every single time we go it’s either messed up or missing. I’m in my 20s my empathy for min wage workers goes high. But Holy crap guys just fire the entire line and start over. Terrible.
