I decided to try this location again… it is absolutely dirty. The floors are slippery from grease and littered with trash. the window sills are littered with dead bugs, windows have hand prints/smudges from who knows how long. Painters tape left from some called “remodel”.

Food was good except you had to pour the condiments out of the Whopper Jr there was so much on it and i think almost 4 dollars for a large drink is enough for me to go elsewhere for that.

I don’t know who was working drive thru last night around 12:30am (July second) but she was rude as hell and tried to say I was being rude and she “didn’t wanna deal with me and she wasnt gonna take my order.” Reason: most know sometimes when you speak through a mic to a drive thru it doesn’t come through right away right? Well she wouldn’t even give two second before asking for the coupon code again and each time I was starting to say it she would ask again then said “nevermind I don’t want to deal with you have a good night.” Maybe get some more respectful people hired that actually belong in that field of work.

I came here for lunch today. I asked for No Onion, opened up my burger and had onions. The girl taking my order didn’t even ask what drink I wanted and assumed I wanted a coke. While handing out my order for me, she had to give me my drink that she messed up on and then she also served the beverage with drippy drinks on the side of the cup. I asked for napkins and she didn’t even apologize. I opened my burger and the buns were not toasted. It was cold buns. Not acceptable customer service!!! They need better training. I’ve given this place so many chances and everytime I’m in the drive thru- I’d have to wait at least 15-20 mins to get waited on. Very disappointing.

Waited 20 minutes for our food with literally no one other customers in the store. Two employees cooking in the back while one was on break. The employee on break was doing pushups and shadow boxing in the lobby the entire time, completely unprofessional. Our food came out completely cold and we were told they almost gave it to a drive thru customer.

I ordered 1 thing. A southwestern whopper with no lettuce. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, though there was only 1 car in front of me. They were gone within 5 of those minutes. I got home, and of course there was old gross lettuce on my whopper. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don’t eat here.

We never go to BK anymore. Gave them a chance in the AM. The tables were dirty. There was no workers to be seen. When they did appear, it was just two people. One worker mentioned being there from morning shift until 10 pm for her shift. Could gage they are short staffed, which is why they didn’t clean the lobby yet. Felt bad, but also felt gross, not because of the workers per say, but the idea of if they are short staffed, how much is being looked over?
