Terrible service and food. The workers go out of their way to be rude. Plus, they burnt the food to where it was inedible. The meal was for my grandma, who is in her 90’s, and when she called and told them it was burnt, they said there was nothing they could do about it. Wasted $13.96 on awful service and food. DON’T GO, unless you like paying for people to mistreat you for no reason.

I’ll preference this by saying that it was the evening shift that I had an issue with. Day shift seemed nicer, and the manager on the day shift was willing to give a refund.

Refreshing to walk in and staff enthusiastically greet you as you walk in. I had not been to this Burger King in years, the last time I was there the dining in was not an option due to lack of Staff and a few other reasons. The staff worked well together as each person worked on their responsibility on the team. Matthew was great and friendly on the register, the cook diligently kept up with the orders as they were coming in and the two young ladies took care of drive thru and food delivery effortlessly . Went here to pick up a door dash order. I was inside waiting for 6 minutes and was not even acknowledged. Not a hi we’ll be with you shortly a hey how are you nothing mind the GENERAL manager SAM was working and was going between the fries and the heating spot for food and wasn’t not checking the counter at all but one time did he look up to see if he had customers. I finally speak to and ask if they acknowledge their customers at all and sam replied and said “we all have our backs turned to you” they didn’t. One guy was at the drive thru he saw me. Sam purposely didn’t look up to check the counter his back was not to me the entire time. And then there was a cook (he probably didn’t see me because he was by the fryers blocked by everything from waist up). Anyway, I tell him there’s no need for me to be waiting 6 minutes for even so much as a hi and Sam told me I needed to be nicer and that other people were ahead of me. (In the drive thru not inside) I tell him I have a door dash order I just need it so I can go. He didn’t even KNOW he had a door dash order because again he was NOT checking the front counter. He grabs the receipt from the receipt printer at the counter and says “oh this just came through” I tell him no it didn’t I’ve been here for now 7 minutes.. then he got into it with the customer that was ahead of me that had already ordered and paid but was also still waiting on his order. Sam proceeded to tell us he’d shut down dd orders so we told him he clearly needs to because he cant handle dd, drive thru AND walk in orders obviously. I told sam I was gonna report him to corporate and he said “go ahead”. As I walked out after 20 minutes of waiting for my order (I did finally get) a guy who hangs out at this location everyday told me that this GENERAL MANAGER is like this everyday and has zero people skills. Smh this manager needs fired immediately and yall need to hire more people. Aint no way only 2 ppl plus a manager should be working a shift.. I will never go here for personal orders or doordash orders.

We are Door Dashing and was told the order was picked up already. We called the person and no one took it to them. You should know to confirm the order. Someone stole it. Or maybe you just lied, because it was very close to closing. We are going to avoid your place from now on. If it keeps happening other Dashers will do the same.

The lady at the window was very polite and nice and offered Hershey pies with my order and I said yes I would definitely be back at this location thank you for that experience for 2 bikini bottom bundles it was worth the 46$ all of it was delicious thank you

The girl at the drive thru was brash and seemed annoyed to have customers at the drive thru. We didn’t realize they put drinks in the bag, but she could’ve been nicer and just said that before we even had to ask. Then when we did ask, we got a short, snippy response. We also got someone else’s order that wasn’t even ours after spending $24.00. You’d think with a mobile order they’d have time to get it correct before picking it up, but that isn’t the case.

Just waited an hour for our food in an empty dining area. Finally got the food and they had screwed up the whole order and our food was freezing. Most pathetic fast food experience I’ve ever had and that’s saying something
