Truly awful. I haven’t been to a Burger King in a decade but it’s so bad. I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru and for most of that time there was no one at the window. There was only one other car in line, which should have been a hint.
I got my food and my order was missing items. Everything tasted gross. The mayo on the chicken sandwich was so congealed it was dry to the touch. If it’s been under a heat lamp long enough for the mayo to dry out I don’t think it’s even safe to eat. Scary food! This place needs a health inspection.

I hadn’t eaten at a Burger King when I visited recently and it was pleasantly surprising. The Whopper was cooked just right and the toppings were fresh unlike many fast food offerings. They have also improved their French fries considerably from the ones they formerly served.

The BK of East Wichita, in the shopping area at Kellogg and Greenwich. This location is a step up from most BK’s that I recall, mainly due to the dining area which has a lot of classic memorabilia, it’s large enough to be comfortable in, and still offers a play area for kids. The food itself was fair since I managed to get it somewhat fresh at the time, but pricing has risen so high that there is zero gap between having a burger here or having one at a restaurant that will guarantee a fresh made meal. The service here is about what you would expect for fast food, but the flame broiled burger is all the people really care about here anyway. If it just has to be Burger King, then this location might be your best bet.

Canyon ANYONE offer CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My order was wrong, didn’t realize it till I was back at work.. the meat in the bun was the size of a damn half dollar.. fries were without any flavor.. what kind of potatoes are you using.. cardboard??? My mom ordered the fish sandwich without tartar sauce. It came as just a fish filet on a bun with nothing else and WAAAY too salty. One side of the bun was completely burnt and inedible. I ordered the new promo Steakhouse Whopper. It was missing the steak sauce and the burger patty seemed like it was undercooked/under warm. We were already on the freeway headed home by the time these discoveries were made.

They messed up my food for the 15-20th time this month alone. They fixed it once but how is it even possible to mess up so much. Tried to order a cheeseburger with extra patties. Then they gave me a whopper with extra patties no cheese and an ungodly amount of jalepenos. Couldn’t even eat it. Go to a different Burger King or establishment in general

I brought my kids here to experience the playhouse they have. However the play area is absolutely filthy. Every table was filthy, food everywhere, broken trash cans, water damages, mold, bugs / spiders, etc.. Aside from that we had to wait multiple minutes before someone even took our order. When Caleb finally took our order he was very rude and by no surprise messed our order up. They didn’t even put toys in the kids meals because “ they’re out “. Just before that we watched him argue with a little kid over how his hamburger was made ( they messed his order up, but refused to correct it ). The family behind us also had to deal with rude Caleb. He even took a call on his personal cell phone while in the middle of taking their order. He answered his phone “ WHAT DUDE “, then continued to argue while on the call. To top all this off, Caleb then went to the back kitchen area and started making food while BARE HANDED. Don’t let the nostalgia of the play house bring you here as this place is absolutely disgusting, unsanitary and in need of a full renovation or to be shut down. The attached photos don’t even come close to showing how nasty this place is.

Seriously tired of this location NEVER having my frozen coke (this is as big of a joke as McDonald’s ice cream machine) and ALWAYS messing up my order. Ordered a quarter pound whopper with no ketchup. Got virtually a plain burger no lettuce or tomato, onions a few pickles and cheese. If I wanted that I’d go to McDonald’s..terrible.
