The good is always fresh. I go here specifically for my grandkids, the food is better than McD’s. I also take advantage of the coupons that come in the mail, which always gives you more bang for your buck. This Burger King in Derby is currently closed for a remodel. I can’t wait to visit when it reopens. I always do drive thru but I may go in to place my order just to see what’s been done with place.

I know all five stars seems excessive for takeout food, however I was completely comfortable from walking in to walking out. We were greeted and by the time we got a drink and sat down, they brought our food straight to us fresh and delicious! Thank you to the whole 1:00pm crew! To the cooks, and cashiers!

A 25 minute wait while they were working on drive thru orders. It’s like I wasn’t even there. They kept skipping over my order. When I finally received my meal, all the manager said was sorry and walked off. No attempt to make it right. I will never be back to this place and never recommend it to anyone.

We stopped going here a while back because the service sucked and the restaurant was dirty. We recently came back and the ladies on Sunday morning are amazing. Food is always hot, always good and the restaurant is clean! They went out of their way this morning to fix an issue we had. I’m so glad we decided to give it another chance. Because of them it will be a regular Sunday thing for us now.
Also the survey system sucks. It won’t let us leave a survey which is crap. So I hope corporate reads this.

Burger came incorrect even after door dasher had them correct it before he brought it to me. You can tell they put ketchup on it(which I’d asked for none) and then when told it was wrong they removed basically all toppings and wiped the ketchup off and then put the bun back on. Didn’t even bother to replace with fresh pickles.

The onion rings were cold and hard. The French fries were also cold the tacos were unappetizing and not tasty. I really wanted to like this meal but the only good thing was the ice cream. So disappointed .

Haven’t eaten at Burger King in awhile, tasted really good except for the $.65 charge for water, really. I do believe that you are the only fast food/restaurant that charges for water, unheard of. The next time I eat there, I’ll bring my own water!

Every since re- opening after renovations the quality of service has declined so bad, we have stopped spending our money at this location, even placing a mobile order and going through drive thru is an average of a 20 minute wait!! Absolutely no excuse for a standard 15 or 20 min. Wait in drive-thru!!

So prior to this most recent visit had a minor issue earlier in the day made a simple phone call this evening spoke with the manager on duty around 7:00 this evening and she went above and beyond of making it right she is the most energetic outgoing great personality strong level of integrity and you don’t see that very often especially people in the industry I definitely would recommend hands down best service whoever this person supervisor is need to give this lady a raise she deserved it
